I have to assume that it is like Darkmatter radio or the gabcast.  The "physical address" of LNM will be MV2's house address.  It's not like any of these podcasters are paying for studio space (save spooky Tim.)  The rest of the "networks" with "dozens of listeners" are certainly not paying monthly rent for real estate...

Yup,  tried to replay a number of her shows where callers slammed her.  Keith's version cut them out.   You could see how bad of a night heater had by the size of the file (via lost time).  Keith was her post day dump button.   Probably could release a good two hours of lost media.
