I don’t think she is ever coming back. Just my opinion.

Art must have left her some money. Although MITD wasn't rolling in cash she had a paycheck. So If she quits that is gone.
With a newly 'bought' house and land I assume she did not have the funds to pay off that balance right away.
Quitting MITD seems like it would make her life more of a mess. But it might be just how she rolls, within the heart of turbulence and chaos.

I think if she quits that was her intention all along when she found out Art had died and the whole woe is me, I'm too grief stricken and Keith is an asshole attitude is just the grease that allows her to slip away while still holding onto some of her fans.

After no one else would touch the toxic 3rd rail of MitD, and would stay that way without Art Bell as the host of his own show. The witch was the last choice becoming the default host, or shut down MitD.

Update: After a day of travel her motorcycle ran into some mechanical issues.
However she fucked befriended a guy at a gas station who agreed to help her out and bring her the rest of the way to Pahrump.
