For me it was when the stalker story was put out.

A lot of screen shots have been posted lately of a sale date for the property.. I believe I saw March of this year. I also recall posted in this thread a screen shot of when she supposedly moved to Nevada, which was in 2016.

Gravity Sucks, your assistance is needed ASAP.
Can anyone help me clear this up? Unless MV went through and did a clean sweep after yelling at people..

Leaked audio of Kieth saying power was out in Pahrump...show down, off air...two years ago...

News broke on Pahrump Tonight!

That's insane. I do remember the power outage now that you mention it.
So intriguing to read these points of possible evidence.

If it comes out she has been living there for 2 yrs or so my mind will be blown haha
Also if it is true what a drama Art had going on. Wow  ;D
Slick Willy Art.

How exactly is this audio leaked, hmmm? It was just something he said during the broadcast. Also, it's been around for years.

He cut in to the live feed and switched to a replay

What?  Being your most favored eunuch is insufficient for you?

I believe the house closed in March, 2018. I do not know when she moved there. Check the weather report for Pahrump. I don’t think it was earlier than February 2016. Check to see if she took any days off during the spring/early summer of 2016. If she did, that might be a clue of when she moved.

Hey, I was trying to suggest you’re highly educated and keeping track of this most important information. Your memory can’t be that bad.   ???

;D

El Chorro

It makes sense that "family issues" keeping her off the airâ€"that Keith should have been sympathetic to, according to Heatherâ€"have to do with access to or use of the equipment. After someone dies, there may be an initial Hercule Poirot "touch nothing" attitude. She might have used grief to cover the awkward personal logistics.

I am going to that right now... My father, who isn't dead yet, was only getting assistance from me in managing everything, including Healthcare and groceries, Etc.

Damn, that’s messed up. :'(

That's not the point. As I remember this clip comes from an official MitD broadcast where Keith took over for a minute after some malfunction in Pahrump. How exactly does it constitute a leak? The other "leak" is even better. That's just a part of an old show. Yeah, it's a magnificent trainwreck, but I can't understand all this hype that was created before they were aired on the Gabcast:
- they are both old news
- they are certainly not leaks

He's really just a toothless hillbilly, although he plays a lovely banjo. He may have had something to do with rockets and such, but so did chimpanzees.

I am going through that right now... My father, who isn't dead yet, was only getting assistance from me in managing everything, including finances, healthcare and groceries, etc.

Vulture siblings wanted access to his computer and all the money management we have been doing, to the point where they convinced my father to finally force me to give administrative passwords to the computer over to them. I had to explain to them that passwords were strictly for virus protection and hacking.

Well, a few days ago, my sister used that password after my father got one of those pop-up screens saying that his computer was damaged and to call a toll-free number.  He couldn't reach me so he called up the stupid sister who proceeded to get on the computer call the number and, using the password I had to hand over, gave remote access to a scammer who proceeded to download all of his financial records along with everything associated with those accounts, even his tax returns and the list of links, user IDs, and passwords.

My father had liquid assets of well over a million dollars. While I told her to immediately call all of the banks, she waited 16 plus hours. By then, all of his passwords for the accounts have been changed by the scammers and we don't know how much money is gone. As I look at it, I don't need the inheritance, they did and they were counting on it. Their greed insisted that I hand over the sole protection knowing full well that my elderly father did all of his finances and life management on the computer.

Believe it or not, it sounds cruel, but I told my dad that he's on his own and I'm not interested in helping when nobody listens to me and that he should consider selling his property and going into an old folks home now. If you think I'm mean, vicious, rude, whatever... I am like this to everybody. I have some really loyal friends because they know I'm genuine about my interest in doing things right for them.  Cross me and I am gone.

Wow, that is terrible. You have to draw the line somewhere. If your dad is competent enough to make decisions and demand you do things, then he is competent enough to deal with the consequences. If he is having issues with his mental facilities, I wonder if you couldn't apply to get some kind of guardianship so that he can't force you to do anything and others can coerce him into bad decisions (if you were interested in doing so at this point).

I would be livid, and I don't blame you for washing your hands of the situation. You warned him.

:o....Jeeeze, that's a shit thing to happen. And really, I for one can't blame you for taking that stance. If you'd tried to do your best for the best interests of your father and it's gone to shit because you were overruled then what do they expect you to do?

You know, there is a marginal possibility that HLW may have purchased the property (as speculators do) in absentia, from another state.

Does it make sense?  Not really.  Plus someone posted about images of the move itself.

Nevertheless, intriguing.

Art must have given her a sweet deal on the property because there was no indication she had the means to purchase it.
If she was in Pahrump the last couple years the property might have been a gift from Art as a way of paying her back for all that she had done for him.

It’s hard to remember what is the truth, what Art told me to say, and what Art told me to keep secret. I wish Ramona was still here. She helped me keep all of this stuff straight. Karen Jackson is nowhere near as organized. And that frikkin Lasha!  Who gave her my number?

The FRIENDSHIP line will get Roland in the end!    He'll make an appearance on Pahrump and eventually Will
worm his way into the Falkieverse.    ((CoT + Justin) * Malliard) - Harold / Roland.

Even if we make nice remember that in the end if Heather is hosting MITD she is his #1 asset. (Fuck, that's a bad position to be in.) But nonetheless, as host of the flagship show and the one that brings in subs, she's his biggest asset and we are probably going to continue to trash the motherloving shit out of her.

The others, I think, want him to die sooner than later...  I've actually told him multiple times to take me out of the will just so I can be completely truthful with him about my disdain for my siblings.

I am started to suspect she lived there when she made the phone call about the stalker. Didn't make sense to me she would make a phone call about a crime from another state. I need to re-listen to MV's interview with Art because I am pretty sure one of my questions made it into the interview but it got neatly handled. It was regarding how he was able to broadcast at all with the stalker situation.
