I believe the house closed in March, 2018. I do not know when she moved there. Check the weather report for Pahrump. I don’t think it was earlier than February 2016. Check to see if she took any days off during the spring/early summer of 2016. If she did, that might be a clue of when she moved.

That's not the point. As I remember this clip comes from an official MitD broadcast where Keith took over for a minute after some malfunction in Pahrump. How exactly does it constitute a leak? The other "leak" is even better. That's just a part of an old show. Yeah, it's a magnificent trainwreck, but I can't understand all this hype that was created before they were aired on the Gabcast:
- they are both old news
- they are certainly not leaks

Well, a few days ago, my sister used that password after my father got one of those pop-up screens saying that his computer was damaged and to call a toll-free number.  He couldn't reach me so he called up the stupid sister who proceeded to get on the computer call the number and, using the password I had to hand over, gave remote access to a scammer who proceeded to download all of his financial records along with everything associated with those accounts, even his tax returns and the list of links, user IDs, and passwords.

My father had liquid assets of well over a million dollars. While I told her to immediately call all of the banks, she waited 16 plus hours. By then, all of his passwords for the accounts have been changed by the scammers and we don't know how much money is gone. As I look at it, I don't need the inheritance, they did and they were counting on it. Their greed insisted that I hand over the sole protection knowing full well that my elderly father did all of his finances and life management on the computer.

Believe it or not, it sounds cruel, but I told my dad that he's on his own and I'm not interested in helping when nobody listens to me and that he should consider selling his property and going into an old folks home now. If you think I'm mean, vicious, rude, whatever... I am like this to everybody. I have some really loyal friends because they know I'm genuine about my interest in doing things right for them.  Cross me and I am gone.

Wow, that is terrible. You have to draw the line somewhere. If your dad is competent enough to make decisions and demand you do things, then he is competent enough to deal with the consequences. If he is having issues with his mental facilities, I wonder if you couldn't apply to get some kind of guardianship so that he can't force you to do anything and others can coerce him into bad decisions (if you were interested in doing so at this point).

I would be livid, and I don't blame you for washing your hands of the situation. You warned him.

You know, there is a marginal possibility that HLW may have purchased the property (as speculators do) in absentia, from another state.

Does it make sense?  Not really.  Plus someone posted about images of the move itself.

Nevertheless, intriguing.

The others, I think, want him to die sooner than later...  I've actually told him multiple times to take me out of the will just so I can be completely truthful with him about my disdain for my siblings.
