As far as her voice goes, well, I have heard more attractive...but only really rarely.  Laura Cantrell when she was a DJ used to make me melt.  But, come on...Laura Cantrell!  Heather's good in that regard, but it remains to be seen over a few shows how she is as an interviewer.  So far, cream puff...but that may be justified in the case of this guest.  She may still be in awe of the position & hence of everyone involved, including guests.  She'll get over that feeling soon if she has it.
