It's just sad that people resort to their sexuality when they have nothing else to criticize.  I know Art wouldn't appreciate the whole RCH thing coming up.

Hoagxland not gay.  He's just some archetype created in the mid 1800's at Oxbridge university: due to his ancestors, he'd be independently wealthy, tinkering away on some obscure theory on an obscure Latin text.  Unfortunately, he's not independently wealthy, that's the only missing part.

Well there was that odd story he didn't finish that one night about being surrounded by naked maidens. Actually, come to think of it, Hoagland had a lot of odd stories he never finished. Being in a singing group, the thrash metal rock club, the animal that was loose in the studio, staring down the barrel of a gun in a bar in DC etc.

When I was working I was only able to listen to the show on Fridays so I got used to basically only listening to open lines. I usually found it entertaining.
