are we supposed to care about any of this?

Personally, I was much more broken up about Bowie than this. But I wasn't going around talking about it ad nauseum the next day.

Welcome to Prince Postmortem in the Desert.

Heather is going to get to the bottom of his murder.

if you have a heart and are a true music fan.
I have no idea if Heather is still talking about Prince or not. I'm watching Narcos on Netflix and just paused to stop by.
Btw, it's a good show.

80's ruled!  Right on.  Though I have to confess I'm a big fan of 50's, 60's and 70's songs.  I hated the singer/songwriter soft rock of the 70's though.  Stuff like Bread, James Taylor.   Bleech.

The best part of the 80s was I was born!

Why isn't Prince's affinity for having sex with underage girls ever brought up?  It was around the time Rob Lowe was busted with those girls in the hotel.  Oh well.  A different time another place.

LOL.  I remember the Rob Lowe crap. I envied him at the time.  The two girls went to the high school that was just up the road a bit from mine. Limelight club, I think is where he met the girls initially.  That was in Buckhead.

Fame: Blessing or Curse? Something Heather won't have to worry about.

Necrophellia, dude?

oh god, thats just so gay. hive minds. lets make the news type of bullshit. I am so glad I am fucking normal.
I imagine ebay will be flush with prince albums now...

What's worse is the small group of people standing around with candles and signs. LOL!  I hate to say it but I really wished harm upon them.  They showed a girl who couldn't have been more than 10 wiping a tear from her eye.  For a split second I wanted to kill myself.

Omg 'Bread'.  Whenever I hear them I imagine teary-eyed teen girls pining for their ex-bf.  Excess levels of testosterone can be cured by their songs.

i like the singer songwriter stuff..but not all of then..James Taylor can go fuck himself

He was disgustingly irritable when radio would play his crap non-stop.

I'd say Fame was a curse. Look at what happened to Gene Anthony Ray's career after the show was canceled.

This kind of exchange just never works:

A: Did you ever see that funny such and such?
B: No
A: Oh it's really funny, you have to check it out, since it's really funny!

Spoiler! It. Won't. Happen.

I'll say it again art's openlines back in the day would be fast paced until someone had a good interesting or scary story...Heather keeps a caller on the line has a full blown conversation and it's about nonsense

I'll go out on a limb and I don't have to go far and say that the lines are completely empty that's why she stays on the phone so long plus with callers that always call in

openlines is what 5 callers these nights, she stays on with caller and we go from tommy lee at the amusement park to David chapele skits

Lines are dead I'm still typing this and she's still on with same women

Now we are talking about how the flu affects you.  : ::)

They were too busy speculating about Michael Jackson and Webster.

He's dead, like Conway Twiddy.
