Go read about Songlines so you can discuss them tomorrow.

I haven't forgotten about you and Curtis talking on the air tomorrow night.  I will be listening if I can find you!

Once Curtis lets me know what the venue is I will let you and the good folk of Mos Eisley know.

What's your issue with Chrome?

I like the functionality, but too much Google data collection for my liking.

That being said, I usually use it when I have to use a PC.

I'd switch from firefox in a heartbeat if they had all the same add-ons.  Firefox is a bloated monster now - they can't stop over-engineering.

Van Kyuper's Belt for breaking the fast?

Homer Simpson's grandpa seems to have called in. Expect him to talk about wearing an onion on a chain soon.

Is Art on tonight?

From the High Desert, in a Great ICU, with a gut-busting case of colitis. Broadcasting East, to the Maternity Ward, West to the Surgery wing, North, all the way to the Administrative wing, and South to the Morgue.

Really? Even for you? You seem like the kind of guy more inclined to run some BSD or 'nix and compile your own.

My next build will be a Linux box. Maybe a dual boot Ubuntu/Windows 10.  It's one of those "the plumbers pipes always leaks" kinda thing.

All my clients usually had Windows, so I stuck with Windows. I have a 8-9 year old Gateway that started off with Vista and is now running Windows 10. I'm not a gamer, so it does what I need. I keep it around because I have some pretty expensive software licenses on it.

Yep. True story too. About 8 years ago. It is still vivid and I have no idea how I did it.

I fell about 8 feet down into the water and missed the out drive, prop, jack plates and dock. And I have no idea how it happened.

I missed it, GS. What was the gist?

I was working on the back of an I/O ski boat that was hanging up in a boathouse. My wrench and hand slipped and I fell off the back. In a split second, I imagined everything I was going to hit on the way down. I hung in the air for about a second and a half to two seconds and contorted my body into a way that I would (and did) miss everything on the way down. Two people saw me hang in the air. I have no idea how or what happened.
