Midnight In The Desert

pate

I saw an Unidentified Flying Object in the mid-90s.  I think it was the Stealth Bomber, around 11pm-midnight.  Traveling north in a line from an Air Force Base probably 10-15 miles south of me.  My friends and I used to play Frisbee after work in a parking lot in the neighborhood, and I spotted it while looking up to catch a Frisbee.

It was apparently low, and silent, can't be sure of how high it was, but I recall holding my arms outstretched from "wing-tip to wing-tip" and I'd say it was about a thirty degree angle.  I don't recall any lights on the thing, but it did block out star light.  My friends saw it too.  Moved really slow...

I know, "submit the report" some will tell me, well I am no 0.005% dammit.  Occupy this!

I got a kick out of this show.

I think an SBC like a rasbperry pi coupled with a gps engine and what ever interface you need to captiyre the signals would be a low cost low power solution. The raspberry pincould do some very basic data analysis, correlate the location with gps and the create data packets to transmit across ghe internet. Since you are working with gps time stamps, the daya could be analyzed in a central location at near-real time, and if something interesting was goind, you could do further data analysis, all correlated with the time stamps.
Oh. Oh

I don't know about Peter anymore.

There is so many people out there that would donate their time writing code.

There are so many people who would donate via crowd-funding.

If Peter was serious he would try any avenue to get this done, instead of just "I don't want to do it unless one person just gives me a quarter of a million dollars"

He's serious, one of the most serious in UFOlogy. Have you researched him?

I'm sick to death of the defense contractors taking our money and hiding all the good results.

They're probably ready to move on to simply strangling us in our sleep.

Now, see, that's not right. There's no reason why they would look like so much like us. A grey looks like a person. That's one of the reasons why they are so disturbing, they're weird looking people. But there's no real reason why they should look anything like us. They'd need certain biological capabilities in order to develop technology, but general appearance isn't one of them.

I think he's just old, and thinking in terms of how things got done in his generation.  But the idea is bigger than he is; we can do it without him.  But I think we could use his work on it, and his network of specialists, as a starting point.

A question : Have you Crowd Funded ? Was it successful ?

No, but it can undoubtedly be successful.

Peter is well known.  He has been on a variety of shows including Coast 2 Coast.  He actually sounds intelligent and credible and comes across as an honest person.  If he asked for donations to continue his projects, I am sure people would donate.

Remember that Peter asked the listeners when he was on with Art Bell to donate a couple dollars just to keep his reporting agency going.  He isn't above donations from a bunch of people.  Why not try to create a way where thousands, or tens of thousands of people can donate $5-10 to create some kind of critical mass instead of just waiting on one person giving the full amount?

Insectoids

Yeah, but that begs the question of why would they look like insects that evolved on earth?

Yes, I know all about Peter.  He is without a doubt the one guest who is the most credible and honest.

But, this lack of desire and contempt for using crowd funding is just bizarre to me.

I'm sick and tired of hearing people say, "like I say/said..." It's like they're announcing their intention to be redundant.

I know, I dislike that as well.

I'm thinking fly eyes and spider bodies, but with like 16 legs and suction cup feet.

Panspermia? Or what's the word when we try to make sense of something alien by making it into something we are familiar with?
