More like those "hit" with fake lawyers about not fullfilling album company subscribtion schemes or the more modern your Windows computeer deal. One also must ask? What lawyer is going after considering, maybe 'judgement proof?' Some shed in a desert? A few candles? Assuming such, of course.

Lawyers are also going to look at client financials I suspect.

Heather Wade is not exactly 'in the black' financially. Phone sex operators normally don't own fancy casinos or have huge bank accounts.

This will be settled out of court when both parties become aware of the cost of legal representation should they choose to go forward in court.

Ok I have given all this some thought. Time for a lawyer, there is just no avoiding that now. Keith will shut down any site with the name of my show Midnight In The Desert on it. You know how I feel about that I do not want another name. This is the only show I know how to do, the only show Art taught me to do, and it is only right that I carry on what I continued to create after Art handed me the keys to The Kingdom of Nye. I'd rather call it Untitled than some other silly name, until I fight and win this. Replay tonight, I plan on being live tomorrow night.
