Gun Shots Fired at Art Bell's Property Tonight

Guys, I don't think Leo A$$crack or any other competitor is out in Pahrump going all Cartel on Art Bell. Pahrump and Nye County is a pretty loose place. There are gun ranges and training centers scattered about the area. And Art's compound is on the outer limits of the town. Could have been some yokels jerking around with their new AR. Could have been some kids with M80s.

Heck, Frontsight owns a lot of property considered "Pahrump".

That's why I think it's unlikely that it was random.  It a very low density and open area even on the main drag through town.  Not like most populated areas where a shot almost in any direction will likely hit a building.

There was one other time that Art received death threats of sufficient concern that he spent his nights sitting in the dark with a gun on his lap to protect himself and his family.

The threats were made public in Art’s lawsuit against David Oates, Robert Stephens, et al

In addition to the threats he received while living in Pahrump, Art alleged that one of the parties was also behind the fake Philippines letter that was published in the Philippines.

Two nights ago, on their little amateur hour show, Leo Asshat and Neil S played reverse speech clips provided to them by David Oates. They stated that they were having Oates on as a guest in the near future. Obviously they’ve been in touch.

There has been a very recent public dispute between Art and Leo, during which Leo had a meltdown of several days duration that led many to speculate about the state of his mental health

Last night Neil S said the show would be off-line because they were doing hardware upgrades.  Leo said they would be off-line because he had dental work scheduled for this morning.

These are all facts, not speculation.  It could all be a series of unrelated coincidences, with the shots fired in Art's direction during his show last night coming from local drunk kids who don't even know who lives in that famous 5-acre compound with the massive tower and miles of loop antenna.

My only speculation is that a couple people could better spend their time being prepared for visits from law enforcement rather than using their platform to take more jabs at Art.

looking at pics of Parhump it reminds me of an old west town...never been there..am i far off? lol closest i have been in Vegas which..when you get out from the strip it starts to indeed get a weird vibe to it..

I had an old HS pal who took a job in Vegas and bought a house in Pahrump. It struck me as a damn bleak place to live or raise a family even though he had a nice house on couple acres.  But most houses there were on huge lots.  Its all barren scrub, no trees, no green.  95% white. A lot of retirees. Trump country.  My pal made the news when his house was egged because he put out a little Italian flag on his porch; neighbors though it was a Mexican flag. Hard to figure why Art went back to that dump.

In understanding Law Enforcement's method of categorizing/classifying cases, there are other considerations beyond their initial level of Criminal Charge.

Cases of "Significant Public Interest" get labeled as "High Profile Cases" and as such, get special attention.

Fabulous show Art did even with "one round loaded in the chamber" with his gun pointed at the door.  Phew!  We're all going to speculate, but it did seem suspicious to me that someone yanked Art's internet cables a couple of weeks ago, then this past Monday someone messed with his internet connection to Phoenix.  Now someone's shooting directly at the broadcast studio?  Who is that nuts?  I think the authorities need to investigate all three episodes to see if they're connected and if there is a common perpetrator.  No one's ever taken a shot at Art regardless of what content he is bringing on the air. This sounds like things are being made difficult--dangerous even--for Art as he begins to make it clear that his program is pre-eminant.  BTW, Art picked up CFRB 1010 AM in Toronto.  640 AM has been carrying the other show ad nauseum and missed the opportunity to pick up Art's show.  Yea! for CFRB 1010 in Toronto!
