It is the opening music for a movie called Battle of the Worlds (1961) with Claude Rains. And the story is actually the vaguely disguised retelling of a biblical story....ie: the professor's dog is named 'Gideon'. The word 'Outsider' refers to a celestial body that arrives in our solar system from outside our system.

It all depends on the weather. Nearest tower is 8 miles away. Will be switching to satellite. Megabytes per second instead of kilobytes.
