It was a good point- but it sounded like Art has spent quite sometime considering open vs. closed closets.  I would probably ask Art what makes him think that it cannot open a closed closet.  If it materializes in a closet, I have to assume that the closed door would not pose a challenge (though I could be wrong.)

I Know, I was nervous, and that's the one time my mind slows way down, I got off and was like, "that ended sooner than it should, I must of forgot something"
Maybe when we get close the G2G I may raise the point again, or I may think of something else, and try to plan all the counterarguments.

Let me give you some advice, NEVER goto a Linux forum as a noob, I am on many linux help forums and i try my best to help noobs, but i assure you most guys hate noobs, mainly because they have been asked the same questions for years, i have a lot of patience with noobs, and i have actually taken some shit for helping them.

There's nothing worse on the Internet than the self-righteous snobbiness of people who "hive-mind" around a subject or theme.  It's the whole herd mentality that some people are drawn to.  They like to feel part of something larger than themselves.  The gang concept.  They feel tougher when surrounded by other people wearing their colors.

You find that in Linux forums, car forums, sports forums, all kinds of forums and social networking sites.  It's pathetic.  Reddit is a good example.  Some great people on there, but man oh man, if your opinion differs from theirs, look out.  They'll work hard to try to belittle you.  One person will attack you, and before you know it you're under attack from a tsunami of stupidity.

The best thing we can do is stand up to the bullying and arrogance that bubbles to the surface from time to time on the Internets.  Call people out.  Be true to yourself and march to the beat of your own drum.

Its the sad truth, there are some Linux beginners forums that are ok, i own over 100 domains and if i had a good crew i would start a forum that was friendly for beginners

Tiger, its not about the money, i live in one of the top 5 most expensive places in the USA, its just that i NEVER thought i would sub to Hoagie, Im always awake to listen to Art, sometimes not so much with Hoagie

I'm more into Art's topics.  I can only take Richard's crazy theories about once a week.  I listened last night for 3 hours and while it was a great show, I've had my fill of space and 19.5 for this week.  Besides its 3 o clock in the morning when RCH comes on.  I need my beauty sleep.
