I feel like NDEs are *mostly* hallucinations brought on either by natural processes in the brain or medications given to dying people.

I'm with you there.

I'm quite tired tonight so I'm listening in bed.  Good night folks. :D

That was quick.  See you next time!

Not that anyone cares but I have to charge my laptop for a bit so I will be silent but listening. I will be back!

Questions about the "stations will only have to flip a switch".

Does that boot out someone in the same time slot?  Do/can we listen on terrestrial radio (so I don't have to keep bringing my laptop to bed with me).  If so, what happens to advertising revenue.  And if not, what's in it for the stations?

Answer me like I'm a 4th grader -- I don't understand this (obviously).

Thanks, you Brappin' Brainiacs!

A station would have to get rid of whatever programming they currently have on their schedule in order to make way for Art on a terrestrial station. Sometimes, depending on the market, it's not a huge loss to toss out the current programming as they tend to replay segments of shows from the day prior, and so having original programming overnight may be beneficial to drawing in listeners.

If you look at the hour clock available on the website that shows the breakdown, you can see that there are three segments per hour that the station can sell for ad revenue. Chances are that they can ask for more from advertisers with original content vs. the content they have now, given Art's marquee value vs. whoever local figure they currently have filling those hours.

Thanks so much!!  If they currently have just replays, I bet they could charge beefier rates for Art, and since that's what's IMPORTANT  :-\, we could get something going!

Thanks again!! :-*
