Heh, there's a few other good ones:

heh heh, yeah, i saw the one from the gay couple.  just ineptitude, all around.  i wonder how much longer jeb is going to stay in, even with the cash on hand.  i know his people are talking internally about attacking the entire republican field except trump in an effort to force a decision in the end between bush and trump, but that's predicated on the logic that more money spent on ads means more points. bush is actually dropping despite having spent around, what, $40 million on ads?  unreal.  no matter what happens, this will be a very fun election cycle to behold.

Ahh yes, this tactic worked brilliantly on Rubio in the last debate.  ::)

And apparently they're banking on NH. They know he doesn't have a prayer in Iowa (though Iowa is utterly meaningless anyway - Rick fucking Santorum won the last time around, didn't he? And Huckabee in 08.) so they're focusing on the next state, which is also, happily, another inevitable failure.

As far as im I'm aware; banning entry to non citizens does NOT conflict with the Constitution. It may be a dick move, but it's not illegal. The Hitler references are rich, too. Man, I'm glad Trump is running. If nothing else but to fuck with the 'PC' crowd... Top kek.

Be careful what you wish for. Trump might point to his promised land, and make it all seem so simple to get there. But if his attitude in Scotland is any indicator you may find he's a boorish bullying cunt to anyone he doesn't like.

I'm not wishing yet... We'll see, though. I think a lot of Americans want an asshole back in the WH.

That always works out well. I ought to add: do they want a disturbed megalomaniac too? Trump isn't wired up correctly, not just because of the latest shiny thing his adoring fans clap like sealions for either.

Read The Art of the Deal.  Trump is just making his initial demand.

exactly right.  this is why we can bomb syria until we're blue in the face, but it'll do nothing to kill off the philosophy... the idea, that isis represents.  if anything, it'll legitimize their philosophy among the population as babies and old ladies get blown up in their dirt floor shacks in the dead of night.

my opinion on this hasn't been changed because of a couple shootings: the middle east should be left to enjoy the islamic fundamentalist utopia it wishes for its self, and western nations should stop importing this ideology into their countries in a desperate bid to show how inclusive and culturally rounded they are.  problem solved.  to think that one bombs syria to address a shooting in paris or san bernardino... that's just knee-jerk, group-think, childlike reactionary bullshit.  i wouldn't sacrifice one american life for the cesspool that is the islamic world.

I think as long as ISIS or states like that ever exist they will continue to export their terror. The stronger ISIS is the more terrorism will spread, events like France and California are just the start of their plans.

I have no problems with banning their entry.

Trump is an idiot for framing the argument as he did. Instead of saying let's ban Muslims, he should have said let's stop immigration from hostile nations. That would have let him control the debate better, and counter bigot claims.

ISIS and the SB assassins are off the stage this morning.  Its wall to wall "Trump is Hitler".  Get out your hankies for our Muslim "brothers".

Well, like I said earlier, the Donald has definitely doubled down. The left, right, and middle, are putting on a full-court press. If he comes through this latest dust up unscathed, I reckon we`ll know who the next POTUS will be.

I'm horrified at the prospect, but yes, ground troops. Obama won't do it though, he won't even bomb the oil truck convoys going from Syria into Turkey - it's insane. Or the oil infrastructure. The rationale is, he doesn't want to take away a revenue source from the people who MAY AT SOME POINT take the land back from ISIS. This is the actual policy.

I hate the idea of ground troops. It's what ISIS wants. And it just seems so... Neocon. But it's probably necessary. I would say, bomb the fucking hell out of the oil infrastructure, cut off the convoys into Turkey, make killing al-Baghdadi a high priority and then send in ground troops to finish them off. Raqqa should be a parking lot when we get done with it.
If the monied oil interests are a consideration in this situation, we're not really serious about this war.  It was those interests that started this problem, their greed that gave mid-Eastern tribes their puppet rulers and national boundaries.  We never learn.

A good start, on our side, might be to stop funneling shoveling $$$ to The House of Saud  ;)
The Saudis ARE losing money from the low price they put on their own oil, yet they continue to do so.  I don't think the Saudi royalty are fanatics, but their people are.  They always kept their people in check by funnelling lots of money into providing a comfortable life for the populace.

If the Saudis lower the price of their oil, it effects the entire world market which decreases profits for ISIS, as well.  This may be their strategy. Of course, this is not helping the Russian economic difficulties.

I think he'll be totally unscathed if not stronger.  If anything, MSM are digging themselves deeper into the no-trust hole by turning a blind eye to the opacity of the Arab Muslim community that's the real root of the problem.  Trump is mistaken to broad-brush all Muslims when the threat is clearly Sunni Arabs and Paks. Civil libertarians resist all rational means of surveillance of the Islamist threat, so what are we left with but exclusion of the conduit used by the threat to gain entrance and protection by our rights that they seek to eradicate?

The SA royal family are terrified of an overthrow. They've walked this tightrope between embracing the west and it's trappings and the SA version (very right wing/primitive) of Islam for decades, and now they're at or near critical mass. The population who are getting more and more radical expect more radical and less western adulation. The West has feasted on the spoils too and if I were contracted to work there, I'd be getting out sooner rather than later.

Saudi oil costs only $10-20/bbl to produce, so they still have a long way to go before they actually loose money on the oil.  But they do need $100+/bbl oil to avoid huge govt deficits to pay for the good life.  They've been spending their reserves and that can't go on very long.

Trump is a crying child. Would have done him good to get his knees grazed in the playground and fall out of trees. He's a whimp who shits himself but hides it behind his blow.

Cuomo's an idiot.  He can't handle the truth.  I'm not in complete agreement with Trump on this issue but I sure love seeing him making these "journalists" ( I use the term very very loosely) look like idiots.

Cuomo's the cry-baby here.  You sure are tough spouting these platitudes here.  I'd love to see you try that with Trump in person.

The journo in this case hasn't aspirations to be the President of the USA. I wouldn't know him if I fell over him in the street. Trump though is still a whimp. He has the statesmanship of the school bully who you know would fall over with a swift kick to the crown jewels. He's full of shit that he knows appeals to angry blue collar workers who he wouldn't piss on if they were on fire. Sooner that's realised the sooner you can look at a decent alternative to Hilary. He's no alternative on the world stage. He's Putin with shit hair and a snarl.

Hillary is never going to be President.  She's the past.  She's also inept though she wouldn't be the first inept person ever to secure the office.  I would like to say that distinction belongs to Barry but it in fact belongs to James Buchanan.

No, he's a born populist with an uncanny skill at knowing how far he can push an extremist line without going over the edge.  He will gain strength.  Cuomo, the CNN guy hired as the scion of a politically powerful Democrat family, is simply full of crap.   The French govt ordered three mosques closed. France and Belgium are rethinking much of their immigration law relative to Muslims.  Parisians are not singing Kumbaya in the streets and handing flowers to Muslims.
