Who will be the next President of the United States?

Started by GuerrillaUnReal, September 16, 2015, 12:19:33 PM

I'm starting to wrestle with the idea of Hilary as President. I seriously don't think it's possible as I find it hard to believe women voters would vote for her despite the heavily feminist direction they're trying to go in with this campaign but I dread the idea of a Sanders Presidency. Hilary will be stagnation and crisis which I mean in the chinese sense of opportunity and danger. Sanders would just be a disaster on every front.

I still think Trump is a gimmick who isn't serious.

A Bush and a Clinton are front runners in 2016 and people still take politics seriously?

When asked about this yesterday, Carson says he still believes he's right.

Haha, of course as anyone who has listened to C2C knows the pyramids were really some kind of energy-generating power-plant system.

The prospect of Carson's campaign losing steam due to his theories on Nubian excavation is just beautiful.

The trouble is...he's gaining steam.  Fast.  The more stupid things he says, the more they love him. National psychosis.

Yes, the wanting to stab his peers as a teen may get him the nomination tonight. Why wait until July. And even better, spared a trip to Cleveland.

There has to be a treasure trove on this guy. Dribs and drabs coming...

Yesterday, the Carson news was that reporters found ten of his acquaintances from childhood and HS and they all recollect a somewhat nerdy kid who was nice and never in trouble; he even did ROTC in HS.  Never a peep about Carson's self-reported violent youth that led to his redemption. Today's news is that his claim of turning down a West Point appointment was completely bogus.  He'll try to shrug it off as the left wing media character assassination, but it looks like the honeymoon is over for Blinky.

Today's news is that his claim of turning down a West Point appointment was completely bogus.  He'll try to shrug it off as the left wing media character assassination, but it looks like the honeymoon is over for Blinky.

Amazes me that attempts to vet Obama were racist, but attempts to vet Carson are front page news.

Carson has now been outed as lying about being accepted at West Point. That's straight from Fox News

Yup, anything to detract from Hilary's years of corruption.

Don't count on it.  The his fundie zombies will say it's just the left-wing media.

I did suggest Kim Kardashian a few pages back; and it's looking more and more feasible. Your options are waning...It's either her or Rupert Murdoch. He's any nationality that suits him, so don't get too hung up about him being born in Oz.

As long as you're not wrestling with wrestling with Hilary.  Or any of the other candidates.

There's some question about whether Carson ever said he was offered an appointment to West Point.  It could be that Politico asked a when did you stop beating your wife question.  Where is the media in investigating the Clinton's money laundering?

I still have suspicions of Trump but I saw an article recently (though I cannot find it now) that said even if Trump, Carson, or whomever was leading in the polls by a wide margin that the way the RNC sets up the State nomination delegate process would likely still make Bush the nominee.

The beauty of the Clinton machine is that there are so many scandals over time that any new scandal barely touches her because either people believe it is 'rightwing conspiracy' or simply the sheer numbers can't be true. Or just don't care because of 'identity' voting and 'it time for a woman President.'

Everyone on the government tit is just going to check the "D" box no matter who the candidate is. If the Republicans can't win in 2016 they never will again. I said the same thing in 2012, so it may already be too late. This country is fucked. No other way to say it. There's a lot of things that could be done to fix parts of it, but I can't see anyone with the balls or incentive to do it.

There are some smart, accomplished people that are running on the Republican side, but noone that just stands out as the no-brainer pick.

By the time of the first primary there will be negative news reports about every Republican candidate. And Hillary will still be too big to jail.

Fucked I'm telling you, fucked.

But jail her for what?  All the inquiries (I was going to say inquisitions) so far have only turned out to be fishing expeditions.  I'm sure I'm opening up the hornet's nest here so let 'er rip :)

No questions or interview involved.  He stated explicitly in two of his books that he "...was offered a full scholarship to West Point". He never was offered anything more than perhaps a casual suggestion by someone in a public meeting that he might get one if he applied.

That is the point of all the welfare, EBT cards, housing, schooling, etc even given to illegals via their brood or directly. The leftists are quick to point out corporate welfare and government contracts- and that is true and a problem but, arguably at least, those corporations, even defense contractors, hire people. It needs to be curbed but at this point not much chance of stopping "bail outs" and banker deals.

Just now I was happily delayed at the grocery store by a family using multiple EBT cards to buy the food for their feast. And feast it was: full ham, full frozen turkey, a case of cut green beans, sacks of potatoes, etc. That is also the point of the open-border and demographic changes- the new people are used to corruption, have no knowledge of our history/law/culture, and will vote for whomever they are told, as they are used to in their own countries.

I'm not giving up the rich target field provided by Carson and Trump because I know who'll win the final event.
