What happened with Late Night in the Midlands?

Asshat the thief...

Parabnormal.

Leo, you thieftard.  Go fuck yourself with that 'roid-shrunken cock of yours.

HIs Dark Thirty news service is dubious.  Plus, he copies all his articles from elsewhere but names himself as the author.

henge0stone

Leo has the worst names. Mutual Radio network, real interesting. Dark Thirty brings up the movie Zero Dark Thirty.

The Mutual Broadcasting System was a major radio network for most of the 20th century.  I think Leo chose the name Mutual Broadcast Network so people will associate his operation with the golden age of radio.

"Associate" as in confuse people into thinking it's the same fracking company.

He is still posting a lot of science and paranormal stuff with his facebook page. I have the feeling we won't have seen the last of him.

zmbabwe

He has too many facebook accounts, and posts the same articles all of them.  I'd unfollow him if I didn't think he will blow up on somebody again.

He's like a very unstable caldera. He's overdue for another assplosion. He really does post some shite, but I wade through it for the tantrums which are delicious

So it seems it's official that Dr. J is now on Leo's Mutual Broadcast Network (which he said was shutting down and then recanted).

Here is the announcement from Leo saying Mutual Broadcast will not shut down after all:

A little misleading when he states:  "Several other programs are in the works for this rapidly growing terrestrial radio network."

As far as I can tell, this network is online streaming only (i.e., not 'terrestrial' radio).

Quotereports of a near fatal road accident involving Leo’s family members suddenly started to make the rounds. Details were sketchy, but word was both his wife and daughter had recently been “T-Boned” at an intersection

I am disappointed that no one here clued me into this story before now. I feel like you guys aren't staying on task anymore.

Faustina

Interestingly, Leo's Mutual Broadcast Network only has two shows left on it.  Last time I checked, a couple of weeks ago (or so), it had 4-5 shows that it streamed.

A long slide into night.

Faustina

Do two shows a broadcast radio network make?  I guess so.  Barely.

Btw, I heard that Dr. J's show left Leo's network, before he even began "actually" airing on it (although it was announced his show would air there starting in early January), because Leo was asking for too much money.  Odd Dr. J didn't figure that out before he let Leo announce that Dr. J's show would even be on his network.  Leo must have sprung that on Dr. J at nearly the last second.

Leo Ashcraft, as some of you may know, slammed many of the Art Bell Facebook groups with links to article after article (that he considered alternative/paranormal news).  It was very annoying and I banned him from my group.

On Jan. 22 Leo posted this on his FB page:

Leo Ashcraft
January 22 at 12:45pm ·
"Well - thank you all for sharing an liking my articles from Dark Thirty News. The problem is over the past few weeks is that very few are clicking the link to read the actual articles. Without people reading the articles, we dont get any traffic and therefore not paid. So unfortunately as a result, I will cease production of new Dark Thirty News articles and focus on something else. If you like something - support it - or it goes away. Thanks to all those that supported the online magazine through December."

(Proof he was posting all those articles for money, or an attempt at making money, and not in the spirit of 'sharing the enthusiasm').

No wonder he posted so many of them.  Takes a lot of pennies to buy a burger these days, even on the Value Menu.

I'm gonna assume his wife supports him.

zmbabwe

He returned to doing the news for Jeff Rense at least once this year, but he seems to have quit that, too.
