Blah ha ha ha ! !
The goof-balls are using HTML 4.01 Transitional Document Type Definition (DTD) for a mobile audience.
At least they're not using cookies...     ...yet. (Probably don't know how to code them.)
It looks to me like most of it is hard-coded too, and sloppy code at that.
Christ it's simple HTML/CSS Leo. Can't even get that right, eh?
Take a look at the errors on his page. A couple of minutes would have cleaned this up. Whomever built this has no understanding of HTML/CSS. This is truly laughable, but mainly scary for the simple fact that there are thousands of, eh hem... , 'coders', out there doing the same thing, with just enough knowledge to be dangerous. This...,I haven't seen anything this bad since trying to help a fellow classmate that was just beginning to learn HTML.

Good one guys...  NOT !
Rowland would not have let it be like that.

Hey, man, it's just like Jane Fonda. Never forget and never forgive.
F*CK Hanoi Jane, that Murdering dumb-ass CUNT. She was directly responsible for getting our servicemen killed. John Kerry was directly involved w/ her and Vietnam Veterans Against the War too, that piece of shit. For the younglings amongst us that have no idea where this hate towards that Bitch comes from, read this to get an idea of what that seditious cum-stain Fonda did. Piss on Hanoi Jane.

I am deeply saddened by this turn of events. The world of broadcasting sorely needed a show that was a multi-layered goat fuck, presided over by a pair of drooling morons.

... Maybe he realizes it takes more than a personal vendetta and a fat partner in crime to run a radio show. It takes talent...

And yet... George and Tommy

Leo posted this explanation on twitter.  I wonder who the freeloader is...

"I was carrying the entire thing - monetarily - labor, etc - After a few days in the hospital I return to this dude saying I didnt bring anything to the show since I have cancelled it completly.  It seems I brought everything to the show.  I certainly don't need a demanding free loader  the day I return from the hospital.  Unfortunately due to doctor's orders I will not be able to return to the air five nights per week.  Jeremy Scott does a super job on his own and can carry the show himself."

It's Art Bell of course

Wow, so now Leo is attacking J Neil Schulman?  No wonder he was between things and available when Art found him.

I'm just waiting to see what his third show will be called after this one inevitably collapses.

Here's a suggestion, 'Shit from Shinola, a Journey into Sub-Mediocrity.'

i've never seen someone so thoroughly emasculated and/or humiliated in such a public fashion.
You must be new around here.  Let me show you to the Falkie thread, which is now mine.  I've got a Jabba the Hut Felcher that haunts it.

I've smoked skunk weed but I've never eaten it.  Does it taste like squirrel? ;D

Does anyone else wish the whole news segment would go away? It's not a reflection of Amy, it just disrupts the whole flow of the show. Thoughts?

I'd rather hear Art read the news, but someone pointed out he needs time for a potty break.
Anyhow, it's good for Leo to see he's been replaced by a much better person.

Yes it's not the quality now that I have any problems with. I just wish I had a download option so I could skip it totally. I realize I can fast forward it, but it messes with the flow. Thanks those who commented.

I think a lot of people are bored with the whole idea after the Ashcraft drama and can't be bothered to talk about the news segment any more, but it's still not awfully good, and she has some very odd mannerisms - emphasising words for no apparent reason in particular - that mean you are not paying much attention to the things she is actually saying. Quite often the things in the news aren't even remotely paranormal, which makes the whole thing pretty pointless to begin with. Yes, she's an improvement on the last one, but that isn't saying an awful lot. I don't know what could be found to replace it, but I rarely bother to listen to it any more. Perhaps there are some people who look forward to it, but I don't think there can be all that many of them.

Some of the offbeat news is interesting.  Many of the real world items seem to be past their "headline" shelf life. With no network affiliation, Art needs something to provide squatty-potty and smoke breaks besides 3-5 minutes of filler music.

weeberwubber

Like Sredni, I rarely listen. And I agree with Geezer about the shelf life. It seems to be LCD orientated. And so I'll take my breaks at the same time, with the added squeeeeeeee feeling of taking them at the same time as Art. Nothing against Amy, the segment just isn't compelling enough to warrant full attention, so it's nice enough for what it is which is a break.

b_dubb

Art needs a break. Would you rather listen to elevator music?

To anyone listening to MITD on a commercial radio affiliate, Are they replacing the DM News with commercials?
I think that's how it's supposed to work. Art can't scrap DMNews and extend his show into those time slots because it would be unfair for the terrestrial radio listeners. Art needs to provide the radio affiliates with some ad space after all.
So the only options really are DM News or something like it, more commercials, or some junk royalty-free music. Or.... short round table live discussions about the current topic/guest gabcast-style. Kind of like sports commentators do between periods in a game.
I think the live aspect of it would be more dynamic and engaging than the pre-recorded stuff.

I couldn't even help by listening online with one of the affiliates as online ads are different than OTA ads...

Good question though... Hope to get Phoenix soon...my AM loop works well here in Tucson...

I'd weigh in but I have not yet seen any pictures of this .....Amy.
