The weather forcast for Pats game is calling for mostly dry conditions and wind 5-15mph. The over under is 43. I can't believe it is that low. I am going to stay away from Pats - 4.5 but am going to go big on over 43. The Az Pac game over under is 49.5. I don't see any way 50 points will get scored. I am going to go under 49.5 but not to big.

Speaking of Ice Fishing.. With the late, almost a month, freezing of lakes here. The ice fishing guys were out in force today.  Here's a selfie and pic of lake plus the other 'great' winter activity "Buring of the Christmas tree"

And polka, oh boy.. You know our State. I just received an invitation to a birthday party at a Polka Dance Hall. Not kidding.

I'm just 2 minutes into the KC/NE game. Don't know if I'm rooting for the Pats or not. (Although they do have 2 players in the TigerLily Cute Guy Bowl). But it is nice to see Edelman and Gronk looking good and the Pats looking like a well-oiled machine again. Brady releases the ball so fast!

I'm with you on the 'burning of the Christmas tree;' it is awesome how quickly a dried one goes up! Great fun.
Only been in the summers as a kid and haven't been in too long. But, oddly, I love polka. Though I could see if there was polka everywhere it could get tiring. Never been ice fishing but I hear it is often a drunk fest and fun.

Been a few years since I polkaed. Great fun with a beer buzz and a belly full of brats.

Back in day, Ice Fishing with the old guy's was done with a 'hipper' of Peppermint Schapps and a bucket of wooden tip-ups and jig poles..

Today they pull special built sleds with fold-up mutli room huts, TVs,  gas fires cooking grills and battery powered tip-ups

It's all good! ..Hmm Walleyes and Crappies!

As kids we played lots of pick-up games of hockey on the lakes and ponds. Don't see the kids doing that anymore.

Likely because:
1) they are lame and playing hockey on a video game
2) potential lawsuits and worried parents that don't want their kids to have fun and grow up
3) they are already on some select hockey team and getting specialized coaching/training
