I ended up liking this guest, and Art brought out the best of him. I do not have a whole lot of interest in Bigfoot, but my attention was held regardless.

I like Kevin Sorbo too. I hope I haven't told him to go fuck himself while he was posting under a pseudonym before. That'd be so awkward.

Duke so frustrated he gonna go beat his wife now

Frustrated is the probably the right word but not my wife. She has both a black belt in some Indo-Chinese martial art I can't spell or pronounce....and a concealed carry permit.

About half way through the second hour on the archive.  Really, really good show.  The guest seemed extremely knowledgeable about bigfoot and was quite articulate.  I like it!

Knowledgable about Bigfoot or knowledgable about fantasy stories?

When we're talking about bigfoot I'd say the only appropriate answer to that question is yes.

Auslandia

I'm biased and I don't know why.  I just think Bigfoot is complete bullshit.

I have no opinion either way.  Could be real or could be bullshit.  I could definitely see a previously unknown primate running around the forest but the paranormal lore surrounding bigfoot is total nonsense.

Auslandia

There is more evidence of UFOs than Bigfoot and that's really saying something

ZomZom

When I was a kid in the '70s watching In Search Of with wide eyes I was hopeful we'd find bigfoot proof in my lifetime.  Now, not so much.  This show is helping me to keep hope alive, though.  ;D

Here is BUGS talking to a less talented radio host He is still alive as of 2013

My kind of show!  The balance Art strikes of credulity and skepticism sits right with me.

I think there's something going on with Bigfoot; I've heard some very interesting stories from people I know who worked for the USFS who have had experiences out in the wild places of upper Northern California.  Bone piles, bones laid out in elaborate geometrical patterns, horrible smells, and one individual whom I would trust with my life said they saw the actual creature.  California is very large, and there are huge swathes of mountains in the northern part that are relatively untouched.  Interesting stories come from these places.

You are a lucky man Duke.  You can continue to drink undisturbed while your wife beats the shit out of the shit talkers at the VFW.

I drove through northeastern Cali awhile back.  Walked off the road aways and instantly felt like I was in deep wilderness.  It was a little spooky and that was in broad daylight.

Good point, but you know I'm still waiting for an opportunity
to say, "Oh yeah?  Well my wife can beat up your wife".

Your wife will probably just shoot them. 8)

Omg itz kevin sorbo😀 i wonder if he ever tapped Xena?😊😊😊

Dirkbonesteel

By the way I once got into a short but loud (online loud that is) argument with David Paul??????? the Missing 411 guy because I do not believe Bigfoot is a regular passenger on UFOs. Seriously! I actually believe both but not that they are the same people. I think he ran out of material and went over the edge

No but the producer of both and Evil Dead, Robert Tappert (her husband) probably "tapped" her.  8)

I heard a Travis Wall interview by Dave and he sounded so subdued and depressed. Such a difference tonight. I wonder why.

"Wow, being abducted wasn't really so bad, compared to talking to this cretin."

Bigfoot is one of my least favorite topics on paranormal radio. I tried to listen but when he claimed some "scientist" can prove the Patterson Bigfoot video is real, I stopped listening. The Patterson video is an obvious fake from a known con man.

Anyone else think the Bigfoot scream sounded completely different in this show? It was way more high pitch to the point where it almost hurt my ears. Is it just the tape is older?

I've always thought it sounds like sonar pings.

henge0stone

Someone should cut an MP3 with the Bigfoot scream from an older show. Art's tape of it is in terrible shape and an MP3 file would sound better.
