And James Oberg isn't a first person witness to Apollo.  He didn't start at JSC until 1975.  He is very knowledgeable about not only ours, but also the Chinese, Soviets, ESA and Japan.  I worked with him for awhile when I was at McDonnell Douglas.  First I ever heard about him returning grant money to NASA.  Not saying it didn't happen, but I am not sure NASA would know how to take money back from anyone...

Good one Lone! Unfortunately his reply was complete bullshit. The full blueprints exist and are there. You'd probably need a reason to see certain ones, or Iran ends up with a really nice missile, but it's all there. And, well, we do still have several mostly complete unused Saturn V's in museums.
