Nite Starr and all.  I'm taking off too.  Gonna start working on my Monkey Day gift list.
I'm going to slide on out too. Have a good one zeebo, Zenman, and lurkers.

Oh, zen, be careful. You may just slide into a quantum rabbit hole researching this stuff. ;)   Cool subject matter that ties into a lot of other topics.

'til next time .  :)

Zenman

Night, starr. I may join you and zeeb and the others shortly.

I saved the link, Sandman. But just as I did, the light in my palm started blinking orange. Is that good?

ETA: Night all.

Is that Monkey Day?

December 14, unless you are talking sea monkeys. They have their own day. May 15.

Can you send out a probe and try to make contact with Hoagie... and make sure to attach this to it, so he can find his way back to the studio

PaulAtreides

Richard is giving P.T. Barnum a run for his money. Really, this is not a multi-national trade agreement that he's negotiating. For God's sake, get it done and stop the tease until it's done.  That third star from the left is about to go supernova leaving us with a small, black hole.

Hey, what gives in Braaaapsterville? Hope TOSOM gets going again. Maybe I should host the show until the powers to be work something out...of course, I'm no radio professional, my voice just sounds like it. ;)

If I do this, everyone here has to guide me thru it...lol! Fair warning...am close to retiring and it would be hard to drink a beer, fish and do a radio show at the same time...bruuup.

I've got a probe for the Hoagster.  It's the same one that was used on Whitley.

Mr. Distler!  Hello sir!  Good to see you.  8)  Ya know, you could do a show while drinking beer and fishing.  It's all in the timing.  Drink when the guest speaks and check the rods during breaks. Just set them properly beforehand.  Oh, and by the way, who the hell knows what goes on in Hoagie's mind.  We shall see.  Cheers!  :D

Hmmm, you've got a point there...  8)

So "they" finally got Hoagie off the air.

I figured with all the "technical" problems Hoagland has been having on air "they" finally realized what a threat he was to "their" plans.

RIP Hoagie. ;D

A replay again about stuff
Perhaps someone has called his bluff
We won't know tonite
If the moon's shining bright
For Hoagie has left in a huff

Haha nice, zeebs!  Whatever the outcome, this sad saga will not go unsung.

His thoughts may beguile and perplex,
His hair has its dazzling effects --
The charade will fall
Apart when you call
To verify funds on his checks.

Since our Hoagie's fucked things with his boss up,
The show's fate looks once more like a toss-up.
He's a diva and lazy,
But it proves that he's crazy
When that bastard forbids us to gossip.

GravitySucks

Hoagland should learn not to negotiate with terrorists.

Oh do it!  How hard can it be -- play creepy sci-fi music, interview old nutters.  Gotta work on your Egyptian angle, though.  Remember, it's entertainment.  The object isn't to get me to Mars; it's to get me to put all my ushabtis in the microwave to send them home.

What?  Did I have one too many useless eating machines up and ready to eat bandwidth?  Shit.  Sorry, boys.

theONE

If Hoagland is not taking MV's very generous offer to do his show on UFOShip.com -that means Hoagie is flying to Japan to be with Michael.

********NO*********
********NO LIVE SHOW TONIGHT*********

This is Richard C. Hoagland.

Unfortunately, an unexpected change in negotiations has precluded our plans.

I wonder if haoxster can check his data and tell me just how many useless eating devices I can open up before he is tits up (again).  I would love to eat just enough that he is not making dime one off this 'cast.

If true, the info in this email was probably classified... talks about using the DSP satellites to track UFOs

https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/30433

On May 1, 1998 Art interviewed Ron Regehr and Derrel Sims. Regehr talked about the sensors on the DSP satellites being used to track "fastwalkers." I think this is a rare genuine tidbit of information that Regehr must have got some kind of permission to have a limited hangout.

Haha good to see you stop by Dave.  Who knows, maybe a "Fishin N' Physics" show could work.   :D

LOL!  I visualize this imprinted on one of your portraits, maybe with Hoagie doing some kind of vaudeville tap-dance to distract his debt-collectors.

I hope he comes back with some kind of show just so we can hear him screening calls from debt collectors live on air.

THAT is a better idea.  8)

He should try to go back to DMRN and give Keith whatever percentage they had originally agreed on.

PaulAtreides

Oh, Richard, dear Richard, I must lament,
You’ve taken my five bucks; I fear it’s been spent.
And what did I get, the past week or two
But lots of excuses and M going boo hoo.

So pay your friend Fred whatever he’s due
For at the end of the day he’s much bigger than you.
Or maybe just fire up an old CCrane CB
And talk to the truckers when they stop to pee.

Your 12 19.5ers are getting ready to bolt
Unless you bring us some new idiot dolt
Or maybe you should just join up with Heather
A witch and a dick go so good together.

don't think it was a percentage..it was more or less, if i recall right, the same thing..Keith wanted the money for the connection that i believe up to that point Hoagie had been getting for free or discounted
