did any of you ever notice this back then, lol it used to always strike me as strange.

You know, it never struck me as odd back then but when I see them all strung together like that it kinda does. I guess he just had such long legs that it was easier for him just to do that. Ha!  :D

I didn't hear the end of the show. Did Robin mention anything about the next show?
No, not that I heard. It might still be up in the air.

Same here. She ended the show rather abruptly.
We did get to hear Hoagy traipsing around making noise in the background though. ;)

Dear Club 19.5 member,

By mutual agreement between Richard and Keith, the Other Side of Midnight program will be moving to another distribution platform shortly.

We'll also be switching to different membership platform software and pay system next month. In order to accomplish this, we will first need to stop the "auto-renew" of your membership monthly charge at PayPal by cancelling the subscription from our Dark Matter Digital Network end.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM PAYPAL OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION, WHEN THIS HAPPENS TOMORROW..

Your membership login will STILL WORK at the DMDN website until May 15th. So while your PayPal account won't be charged in April by DMDN, you will still have access to the archives until the new system is in place.

Then, to RE-JOIN and keep your subscription active and get all the amazing shows and bonuses click here:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=FC9TPMA5D65MC

Your MITD subscription will not change and not be affected by the change in your OSOM subscription.

Yeah, K_Dubb posted it yesterday. Doesn't hurt to re-post it though. Hopefully it will work out for him and he will get a better time-slot and still be able to do the show live.

Im guessing the Hoagster will be taking a page out of Falkie's book and moving to an all-pay format.  Looks like the free ride might be over.

A bit disappointing to hear him making a racket in the background of the Rappoport interview (to the point where Rappoport seemed ticked off) He'll no doubt give himself a stern tongue lashing on audio quality

Yeah, she claimed Hoags was sick and the heat was giving her a dry throat. I guess her version of medicine didn't work for either of them.

There are a lot of Internet streaming networks that are begging for content. I bet if he would have asked MV, he could have had any timeslot he wanted on ufoship.

"Through his expertise working with anxiety, addiction, and pain (physical, emotional, spiritual) Peter has developed a tried and true process for creating your own path to wellness, Convergence Healing, and he can help you."

Me? I don't think so.  I don't suffer from anxiety, addiction, or pain (physical, emotional, spiritual). So I have no need for "convergence healing."

WTF is spiritual pain, anyway?

Whenever Robin butts in to the show I feel like kids that just got busted having fun.

My favourite part of OSOM is when a guest will be discussing their own woo-woo science and Hoagie corrects them (complete with mocking, 3rd grade teacher tone) with his special 'torsion field' woo-woo science.  You can imagine the guest biting their lip, trying not to tell them to go f himself

Haha yes, it's a battle of the woos.  It's like arguments between "Bigfoot's a ghost!' vs. "Bigfoot's an alien!".  (Ok I don't know for sure if such clashes occur but I've listened to enough late-nite radio to assume the analogy is sound.)

Yeah, she had some braaps and you could hear Hoagy braaping in the background so that made it worthwhile. heh.

Bigfoot is an inter-dimensional being that comes here through a portal to spread his love and goodwill.  Alien...sheesh.

Exactly! It's biased from the get go. They don't even talk to the Bigfoot's a Wookie people.  ::)

Besides, everyone knows that you must eat the special mushrooms to see Mr. Bigfoot. He won't take a meeting with anyone who won't.  ;)

That is one dude that should have been booted to the cornfield his first week.

They should never have let Shatner direct! I love him but he's better in front than behind.  ;)
Got to meet him last month at a lecture

Pretty neat stories.  Lots of passion.  Not even a fan of his space ship movies.

He's a cool guy and still pretty active at his advanced age! People make fun of his Kirk portrayal and I get why and find it funny too but, of course, it's just a caricature of it. To any who's watched more than a few episodes of TOS he'll always be the captain.  ;)

Also, Spock never once beat him at chess.  :P

So that was bobo's grand plan?
Wait until you see the rest!  It will be revealed in the "falkie's fortress" thread where you cannot even glimpse the magnificence of it.

I will make a deal sweet Robin. None of us will vaccinate our children, if we can sue you for any resultant health problems they experience. If your science is sound, you won't mind.
Wow... I will not side for or against vaccines- but if that is your stance, then why is it that you cannot sue the manufacturers of vaccines?  After all, if their science is sound, they shouldn't mind.
(from 2011)
AP) WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a federal law prohibits lawsuits against drug makers over serious side effects from childhood vaccines.

There is a special "vaccine court" where almost all claims are tossed out- but you have no recourse against the manufacturer themselves. It seems like they don't really have much confidence in their product (using your measuring stick of taking responsibility.)
