Look closely at the French one. They use the French word for cheese, fromage, for the higher end burgers but they use the word 'cheese' for the American-style stuff lol

Yeah, I was a regular buyer until their format change in '86. I started buying them again last summer when they featured a story by Jack Kirby that was the basis of the plot devised to free the Iranian hostages
