Suspect somebody's sending him to charm school.  The other night he was complimenting callers on their ideas rather than hectoring them, saying it was the quality of callers that kept him going after the storm that happened last week in public.

Goodness, thanks, I'd forgotten all about that.

Makes you wonder what it is that drives Hoagie to persevere with his schtick, i. e. seeing things in rocks.  It can't be self-interest; as the last few months showed he'd be way more marketable going legit or at least turning it down a bit.  Conclusion is that he really is nuts and can't help himself.  But other times he seems to be so sane, erudite, urbane.

Yea I started listening to the archives from 2001...I think that is when the first clear pics with no shadows came out...I know that must be right because the 4 shows I did browse had zero talk of the face...clearly he was avoiding it...he had moved to glass domes...
