Haha Richard doesn't know to reintroduce a segment after the commercial so the caller had to do it.

Sorry, I don't mean to dis Richard but quite often he doesn't introduce things and I don't know what's going on.

The country was booming economically so that always helped. He was PM during 9/11 and the years following and was a staunch Bush supporter. He was actually in the US on a state visit during 9/11. He was the first to commit troops to action in Afghanistan.
