I bet it's a bit more engaging with Hoagie rather than Dave, no? heh

Yeah...for sure.  Jimmy Church and Ian Punnett did nice work with him too.  ;)

Peter Levenda wrote the Necronomicon in the 80s.

I asked if he would talk about that, he said he would, so maybe they will get to it tonight.....if not, he will be back.

Awesome - He's got enough material for plenty of shows. Always a good interview.
The Hoagster is doing a job too.

Good story -- is it true?  Did we have POWs in San Diego?  I can believe the Navy not noticing (sorry, Dad). It's the rest of it I"m wondering about.   :)

Like Joseph P. Farrell is fond of saying, "The NAZI's didn't disappear after WWII, they just changed sponsors."

jazmunda

I came in a bit late. What was the guest doing in South America? Which country was it?

Edit: Ok Chile.

Levenda has said that Nazism is a religion and the faithful stay true. (I paraphrased)

When you think of diaspora you don't think of the expats or immigrants running the show in their new home.  My Prussian (German) great grandparents came to America before WWI and I probably have relatives in Chile.

It's amazing all the towns that are mini-Bavaria down in Chile, Argentina, etc.

Pretty  much.

Hitler was actually worshipped as a god by a portion of the German people.

Has anyone read any of the Sinister Forces books?

I haven't, but was just looking at them and I'm intrigued.  Have you read any?

from wiki

Camp Lockett was a United States Army military base located in Campo, California, east of San Diego, and north of the Mexican border
Prisoner of war camp established in 1944

Concurrent with activation of the convalescent hospital was the establishment of the prisoner of war camp in the 28th Cavalry Regiment area. The POW camp, a branch of the Riverside County Camp Haan, housed Italian and German prisoners of war, who worked in all phases of hospital operation, including services, maintenance, and construction

Peter Lavenda has told this story before recently on Whitley Strieber's show too.

But didn't several (or at least some) of his cadre become disenchanted and want to dispense with him?
