The Other Side of Midnight - Richard C. Hoagland - Live Chat Thread

Started by cosmic hobo, June 24, 2015, 09:00:52 PM

You're walking down a jogging trail at night.  The asphalt path is paved over uneven poorly graded dirt.  As you take your next step, there's a bump that you didn't see in the dark.  The ground is higher than you expect, so that the bottom of your shoe, abruptly scuffs the deck, and the force of naturally extending your stride as if the ground were at the lower elevation of your previous steps, creates energy directed to the massive planet beneath your feet.  The energy is rejected by the Earth, and travels back up to the bottom of your shoe, and propels your body up into the air.

Effortlessly, you fly.

Man is bipedal.  The animals are not.  The Kangaroo has to continually hop on both legs, simultaneously; that doesn't count.  The balance necessary to walk, is accomplished only with greater brain capacity.  When one loses one's balance, the natural reaction is to move more quickly in some unplanned, spontaneous contortions.  How do we figure out how to do that without thinking about it?  Cats usually land on their feet, but they walk on all fours.

Apes use their knuckles.

Mathematical incompetence

I'd like to ask him about this, too, but he's made it plain in the past that he won't take questions on it.

The audacity of you, Patterick.  Not only do you hypocritically criticize Hoagland, but you double down after I responded by posting this evidence of your abusiveness.

Surely, to be hypocritical, I'd have to have been guilty of grossly faulty math myself. I don't think you can make that stand up.

Johnny Carson once interviewed the wife of Arnold Palmer.  It made national news the following morning, because she told him that she kissed her husband's balls before he played.

Carson speculated: "I'll bet that makes his putter rise."

You would have us believe that you're really so naive, Patterick?  What I reefer to is the way in which you bemoan how Hoagland evades questions, after you commit the same sin, and then do it again after I post the example of you censoring Theodora.

Again no live Hoagie:
QuoteTONIGHT, SUNDAY
We deeply regret…life happens!
Richard lives in a 40-year-old house with electrical problems,
still no power in his office.
Our apologies, we need to postpone tonight’s show.

Again no live Hoagie:

A "horrendous move" was my favorite excuse. Dog issue was interesting idea, cribbing "dog ate my homework." Alas, flu. Lame excuse but now recently,

the weather? And an "old" house? Come one, RCH...a science guy, as claimed, can't figure out. Some GFCI switch? Fuse? Only in office? So can't do elsewhere or run to Lowes n fix? Questionable, at best.[/size]

Hoagland just had to have his own show.  He was always angling to be a guest host on Coast, and even a full time replacement after Mike Siegel finally got canned.  He wanted it so bad, that he lost the audience he had on Coast.  When Art Bell was at his height, there were 20,000,000 listeners.  Hoagland actually had an audience of twenty million listeners as Art's guest.  Soon as Noory took over, ratings dropped down to about five million, but still, that's a lot of customers who might buy his books.  Now, he can't even read a book in his own house without a, C. Crane flashlight, if he even has one of those.  If he had been hired to host, Coast, would he have shown up for work?

Curious, how despite the supposed feud, Hoagland never did remove the link to Gary Leggiere's, Mars Revealer, website.  There must be something significant that Hoagland mentioned in the interview of him, by Gary.

Are you going to grab it?  ;)

It's tempting...

My guess is that Robin used to take care of all that admin stuff and Richard doesn't know how to... perhaps doesn't even know these things need renewal. I reckon it'll be a good while before we get to see that bollocks again.

Corona Kitty

It's amusing to me that Richard's people continue to ask me about certain things. Even after I said I was not at all interested in helping them in any way.

Let that sink in.

I thought Hoagie always said his webmaster was his "Scotty" Keith Rowland?

That certainly used to be true, yes. I think they parted ways, though.

ItsOver

RCH is so far lost in his fantasy world, he may never resurface long enough for any further shows.

RCH must have found the right circuit-breaker, finally. On Saturday night it's Hidden Energy.

Ha, hidden because he probably put a bookcase, or something, over the GFI reset button that he likely tripped while blowing dry his epic hair and trimming his beard and simply couldn't figure how/where to reset it. Then again who knows how the wiring works in a crystalline-domed house? NASA could've sabotaged him.....or a simple "forgetting" to pay a bill?

I look forward to the show.

Morgus

After weeks of issues (flu, power out, etc) Hoagie managed to get on live tonight!

lol Hoagie tells the audience he has something special coming for Christmas, it will be ready next week. something that will be a gift for family, friends and humankind. tantalizing.

guarantee you this 'gift' is another lame attempt to make a buck selling some hilariously stupid digital download product. he's the Ralph Kramden of pseudo science.

expat

Anyone hear last night's show and could offer a summary? I don't have time for 3 hrs of RCH....

On Christmas Eve 2016, on Howard Hughes' radio show, Hoagland said this:

"2017 is going to be the year of disclosure. Now I don't know whether it's going to be Obama who does it, or it's Trump does it, or we who do it.
::
I would say the most likely time for the President to make the announcement, if he's going to and not leave it to Trump, would be on New Year's
Day, probably around noon, 'cause that will be 19.5 days before he leaves office and the next administration takes over."
