lol the show that almost made Zeebo rage quit was one of Hoagie's best! It was such an absolute disaster.

Calling that particular show "an absolute disaster" makes it sound as though there was actual fun to be had from it.  I am afraid that what we heard there was not so much a disaster, really, so much as cringeworthy Guest Abuse in its most virulent form. 

Generally, speaking, I am not sympathetic to anyone who signs up to be a guest on Hoagland's programme.  I mean, it isn't as though Hoagland's reputation as an utterly inept, yet breathtakingly rude chat show host has ever failed to precede him.  However, in that case, at least, I had nothing but sympathy for that hapless guest.

Hoagland turned in a performance there that, by rights, ought to have earned him a lengthy stint in some sort of "corrective labour" camp for chat show hosts.  Quite frankly, he's lucky Stalin ruined that whole Gulag idea for everyone.

I prefer to think of BellGab as a turd that simply will not flush.  No matter how many times you pull the chain, there it remains, a lingering embarrassment that won't go away.

Hoagland does not debate people; how could he ever he hope to successfully debate anyone when he does not actually know anything?  Instead, he shouts his opponents down and/or changes the subject repeatedly until they realise that attempting to talk sense to Richard C. Hoagland is a complete waste of time.

I'm tempted to listen to that, as I've always liked Zubrin, but I'm afraid my blood pressure may spike so better not.  I gotta say though it takes real nerve for an amateur like Hoagie to go up against someone with such high-level credentials.  He's like one of those delusional toy dogs that barks at everything bigger than him.

Btw Hoagie was a big jackass with Howard Hughes awhile back, but Howard's interview with Zubrin was quite interesting and worth a listen.

I'm barely 50 or as I like to say 39 for the 12th time.  Is that old?  Frankly there is a lot of wisdom to be found in the elderly generations so I would not brush them off like that.  Yeah, some are full of crap but that is found among the youth as well.
