Mysterious Topics

So this podcast is two guys with heavy Fargo accents.  They pick a topic, research it, and then present the facts in a very plainspoken way.

I know I'm going to catch hell for this but I like this show.  These guys are sincerely curious and they're not sensationalizing anything.  Just presenting information.

Their most recent show deals with Teddy Roosevelt and whether or not he had an encounter with a Sasquatch.

I have tomorrow and Tuesday off, Amen.  I shall listen now as I have googled and found.

Sounds interesting. Will check out.

Paradox

Thanks.  One can never test drive too many podcasts.

The recent episodes about the Tugunska event are definitely worth listening too. Part of me wonders if Art could bring these guys on MITD to discuss this episode.

Cool, I'm listening to the radio bursts one.

inuk2600

Too bad they didn't expand on the dispersion measure anomaly and the microwave oven door explanation for the radio bursts but it's a very short show.

I'd like to point out that this show you are encouraging me to listen to was not accompanied by a link to the show.

Also, you're an idiot, but I figured that out earlier.

Thanks for the referral dubb.  I've listened to a couple shows and they're not bad.  The program is a bit too scripted for my tastes, but scripting is better than disjointed rambling on between co-hosts like we hear on many of the DMRN offerings.

They just did a show about Travis Walton's abduction story.

I'll admit, I had some initial negative snobbish reactions to these guys. While I still imagine them as farmers in overalls chatting over a barbwire fence, I have come to really enjoy their show.

The topics are more varied and generally more interesting (IMO) than what you get on MitD and C2C. Furthermore, the hosts, Chuck and John, actually do some research to try to come to a reasoned conclusion on each topic. In contrast (and it pains me to lump Art with Noory on anything), MitD is more like C2C in that both shows are too often just enabling the peddlars of utter BS.
