That is so 1990s.

The Rethuglic gerrymandering in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Michigan had notihing to do with black supermajority districts.

That said. The Rethuglics won 57% of the seats in the House with a 53% 2 party vote (51.4-45.9%) in 2014 which is not at all out of line for a FPTP system.
