Guests you won't listen to

Are there any guests you simply won't listen to? Which guests make you immediately turn off you radio or want to smash it with a hammer?

I just can't stand Ed Dames. I used to enjoy listening to him just to hear his BS and top see if Art would call him out for all his misses.  I always thought that Art was lenient on the guy and always seem to highlight any small ding dings he got without focusing on the bonks.

A close second would be Sean David Morton. Can't stand that asshole.

I can't believe I forgot that guy. If I wanted to be shouted at while trying to relax I would call up my ex. And if I wanted someone to cry and make me feel guilty about something I only have to call my mom.

George Noory

That's a given. Not only should I have included it in the OP but it should have been in the thread title. Or perhaps I'll start a new thread on hosts you won't listen to but I think on this site that is a rhetorical question.

cweb

Dietrich - abrasive arrogant dude needs medical help
Dames / Remote Viewers - don't buy it
Numbers People - sorry, Glynnis. I can be creative with math too.
Alex Jones - feels like he's hamming it up a bit much

Daggit

I also can't stand the economic doom and gloomers and scaremongers.

Gerald Celeste or pretty much any guest other than Howard Bloom that brings up economics. See "Depressing Guests" thread for reasons why.

Isn't it funny whenever Bloom is on how George squirms anytime Bloom mentions good economic news, the fact that (overall) we live in a less violent world, and that crime is down? Or, heaven forbid, some Obama policy was actually ok? It is like Norry doesn't want the world to be better or any good news or any glimmer of positivity on his show.

Paglini (no longer an issue as she is dead)
Dames was interesting 20 years ago.  Sucks now.
Any crystal work / white light / reiki / "the secret" bullshit.
LMH.  Good material but can't handle the monotone note reading.

Michu Pikachu has been getting on my nerves lately.  I'm starting to question his credentials to speak about some of the goofy shit he does.  He is starting to straddle the line between being a Stanton Friedman meets Carl Sagan but down a few IQ points.

This is a less-violent world? :o

How do you figure?

Obama is catching up to bush fast on international shitstorm starting.

I hate Obama, or whatever his real name is. But statistically we have less violent crime, less violence, less war, and live longer around the world compared with decades and centuries past. Obama didnt do this but rather engineers, doctors, and Western Civilization dominance (all of which especially the latter Obama seeks to undermine.) But I just like Norry caught off guard by his guest.

I think it's funny that everything Bloom says is way above Snorge's head. It's like The Monolith in 2001 trying to communicate with Dave Bowman.

Same goes for Michio Kaku. I called in a few months ago and asked Dr Kaku about 3-D printing. Snorge probably had no clue what 3-D printing even is.

the irony here is that socialism, Marxism, and communism are all Western concepts.

George was digging through his junk drawer for his 3D glasses from the super bowl halftime show from 1991 when the Rolling Stones played in 3D to stare at his HP laser jet.

True.   George is pretty dumb.

Douglas Dietrich
David Paulides
I don't need to ask why you won't listen to Dietrich as he's clearly a liar/delusional/batshit cray cray.  But most seem to enjoy (notice I didn't say believe) Paulides.  I'm curious why you turn him off.

I probably share some / all of your opinions about him but Im still curous.

That Obama is supposedly trying to "destroy" Western Civilization with ideas which were developed in Western Civilazation.

As Lenin, a likely hero of this character Obama, is said to have said "The Capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them." So this is not a new idea in leftist circles. Gramsci, Frankfurt School, the Fabian Society, Alinsky, etc all sought to use Western/Capitalist ideas, laws, beliefs, etc against it. Things like "diversity" or "political correctness." Lawsuits, Cloward-Piven idea of over-whelming the welfare system, open-borders and inclusiveness, immigration, free speech, using media, etc.

It's a shame how the rich have suffered under Obama "Marxist" regime.

When listening the archive of old Art Bell shows I avoid Y2K (for obvious reasons) and prophets (always wrong). I think Gary North is probably the worst since he was the number 1 guy about Y2K hype and was just as wrong as wrong could be.

laserjock

Alex Jones and his disciples, they are bound and determined to undermine reasoned thinking in America.

The Celeste guy and the other faux economists who only yammer on about doom and gloom.  Fear is big business, you know.

But one guest I love is that David Blume, the ethanol guy, he might be an idealist, but it's people like him that build the economy and create new jobs.  His overdue for an appearance.
