There's a local Chinese take out place that makes wonderful egg foo young.  There's a thick brown sauce in a separate container that has an almost bile bitter taste by itself, but when you combine it with the efy, you get a magical taste sensation

Think it's a texture thing. Funny, considering I've been growing tomatoes for years. (My parents have a nursery.)
