I was always fond of the Trumbull County UFO sighting show. Or anything having to do with Area 51. Perhaps Bob Lazar even though hes a dink. Still makes for a good show.

Oh god no skip the Philadelphia Experiment. I know a lot of Arts stories aren't 100 % credible but but Al's story is the worst.

I'd start with Mel's Hole, Malachi Martin or a Ghost to Ghost. Those are all good.

I forgot to mention it before, but the "Trumbull county home" they refer to at points in the tape near Brookfield is actually the old Brookfield Air Station which is a defunct Nike Radar site from the Cold War.

No no no, you must suspend your disbelief when you listen to the storytellers and their stories.  It's not a matter of them being credible or not, they are just most excellent stories that were told in a format that allowed the storytellers to tell their stories in toto.

If by an outside chance the stories could be authenticated then that was just a plus for the storytellers and the stories that they told.
