The article I posted dealt specifically with the carnage created by Isis, NIT. The Baltimore situation is another conversation. Although, Obama bears -- at least, some -- responsibility for both.

US air strike put 2x 2k lb bombs into in a Mosul bank building today and incinerated much of ISIS' cash reserves.  Probably mostly US cash.  I hear Toyota Abu Dhabi has offered cheap factory financing for all the Tacomas they want.
