Shyeah, tell it to The Mrs. She just thinks I'm a dikhead. Wait, the two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive are they?

If figuring out who assassinated Kennedy was optional, so is paying taxes.
I've never met anyone like that, so I cannot rightly say. However, I can tell you that the diesel engine was invented two centuries ago to run on hemp fuel, which can be produced significantly cheaper than petroleum fuel, and yet, people are still growing corn to add to gasoline.

So I could give a shit about the entire subsidy issue, as it is one tiny cog in a huge machine of tremendous bullshit. Let's not lose sight of that fact.

The six people who own Wal-Mart inherited all their wealth and have, themselves, not done a single thing for any other person in their entire lives, and they collectively own 40% of the wealth in this nation. Meanwhile, some guy allegedly owes a million bucks over 20 years, and out come the helicopters and the rifles?

Holy crap...with that load of nonsense.  Where to begin? The Waltons will be ecstatic to learn they hold 40% of the nation's wealth.  And the 200-yr old diesel!  Brilliant stuff!!!

I've deduced that your true goal here is to displace Paper Boy as the occupant of the gamma ray band in the BG political spectrum and to become the Richard C Hoagland of fact-based discussion.

Yeah, you would.

Birdie

About the Mexican Cessation and control of federal lands acquired under the treaty. Bottom line: Bundy is a mooch and using misguided militia groups to further his unjust actions. It is also beyond hypocritical for this man to keep claiming he doesn't recognize a federal government, but then try to use the Constitution to back his claims (even if he is wrong in his interpretation). What a bunch of asshats he and those 'patriots' they are.

Bundy has been paying his grazing fees to the state all this time, so he's not exactly a mooching scofflaw.

Counting down to the incoming cries of "Evidence! Evidence!" along with the ongoing "Racist! Racist!" murmur in 3... 2... 1...

... Can a brother get a witness? ::)

Note also, it isn't hypocritical at all to fail to recognize the present U.S. Federal Government, and still be in support of the Constitution: the latter enables the very existence of the former, and the former is... cough, *allegedly*... filled with rank corruption and rife with decay.

So I'm not sure where you get this hypocrisy talk from. Are you under the impression that there is not a vast criminal element ensconced in key positions of public power, at this very moment?

Zoo

I still think what they did to Bundy is a load of crap. The reason why Government is taking so much land is because it is going to soon privatize water, as well as it is using federal land to back the dollar.

As for Bundy he is a racist asshole and I do not agree with his view on how certain groups might be better as slaves. Now he might have had a miscommunication in what he was trying to say but learn to shut your mouth or apologize for the statement. He and MSM made this whole movement look like a bunch of racist. Hopefully the OAS movement can bring this back to the fact that our Government is out of control and it is time for all people to stand and make our voices heard!!1

So, the way to gain control is by not controlling anything? Or just the things you think need controlling?

Chaos and anarchy are not solutions. If you think this government is oppressive... wait for the one after anarchy... that will be fun.

All the people that traveled to Nevada to be part of a militia and setting their women folk as meat shields with the hopes of targeting federal agents are nut bags.

I am interested in this statement actually. Can you post any info or links you have for this?
Thank you !!1

That makes no sense whatsoever, but at the same time it's quite informative.

Jackstar

I file my tax returns as "classified" for 25 years. There's precedent!

Just as soon as they get their stories straight, someone will be all over that like white on rice. No word on if the CEO thinks that blacks were better off under slavery, yet.

Probably Cherokee.

If mooching is the problem, we should look into Michelle Obama.  The White House parties - attended by A-List Hollywood types.  Complete with performances from top musicians.  That sounds expensive - I remember when the D's went nuts when Mrs Reagan updated the White House China  - from privately donated funds.

Or how about all the vacations costing 10s of millions of dollars each - Spain, Mexico. China, a couple trips to South Africa, ski trips to Aspen, annual vacations at Martha's Vineyard, Hawaii.  Her mom, her daughters, even her husband sometimes.  Whatever happened to Camp David as a retreat?

And she produces nothing.

Yeah, Clive is the National Mooch.

Jackstar

I read in the British tabloids that she'll be producing some divorce papers in a few years!

Of course, we heard that one about Bill and Hillary, and she kept him around as her pet beard, so, there is still time for true love to be saved.

This needs a superPAC called "Water for All"
Commercial features a farmer saying "I don't want the government telling me when I can and when I can't have water."

I have a degree in Renewable Energy and working on two more in Sustainable Energy Systems and Technology Management. I have learned so much about water it scares the living hell out of me and it should scare everyone. People have no clue how bad things are or how close we are to losing major cities. All I can say is you might want to start looking into it your self!!1

They built a desalination plant down in San Diego for $1 billion just recently. People thought it was a waste of money at the time but its looking more and more like a good decision.

I was just doing some quick math and it looks like $1 billion in desalination facilities supplies water for 250,000 people. To supply the water for Los Angeles with desalination would cost $52 billion.

With the money saved on Obama trips to anywhere with or without his entourage, we could make a 'small' down payment on Ocare.  Naah.  Ocare was never the 'real' problem

You're welcome!  I'm kinda cool that way.

Jackstar

Sadly I forget who to attribute it to, but I heard a guest with Art say something like, "once the first U.S. city literally completely runs out of water, the entire situation changes."

I suspect the actual quote, in context, was more clever, my apologies. Anyone remember that?

I am simply hoping that the technology that enables a portable engine that runs on fusion with a waste product of pure H2O will be something I won't need a minimum investment of $8000 to buy into.

It's the next big thing!
