Go on...what is profound about this?

I guess nothing... in your world.

Wanna brush her hair?

Vandalism

The intentional and malicious destruction of or damage to the property of another.

The intentional destruction of property is popularly referred to as vandalism. It includes behavior such as breaking windows, slashing tires, spray painting a wall with graffiti, and destroying a computer system through the use of a computer virus. Vandalism is a malicious act and may reflect personal ill will, although the perpetrators need not know their victim to commit vandalism. The recklessness of the act imputes both intent and malice.

Because the destruction of public and private property poses a threat to society, modern statutes make vandalism a crime. The penalties upon conviction may be a fine, a jail sentence, an order to pay for repairs or replacement, or all three. In addition, a person who commits vandalism may be sued in a civil tort action for damages so that the damaged property can be repaired or replaced.

I don't think vandalism applies in this case, nice try though.  Even if he was charged, I can't imagine that he would be sentenced to any jail time.

I think your time might be better spent lobbying for the death penalty for jaywalkers, Mr. Kersey.

I think you just want to fight. Not sure why.

But willful and wanton destruction of property can get you jail time.

If it isn't vandalism/ criminal damage, what would you call it? Playful exuberance? Misunderstanding?

Its a female doll so he can use the carpool lane.

I disagree on the Trojans...
The condom is basically named after people who thought everything was safe, opened their box, and to let in something they thought was a present.

Here is an interesting aside:

Trojan War
Total Personnel: 213  Died: 192  % Mortality: 90.0
Close Range: 147  Died: 138  %Mortality: 93.5%
Long-range: 66  Died: 54  %Mortality: 82.2%
