My advice as a stoner would be to stick to the 'shish... that ridiculously overpowerful weed you get these days should not be abused regularly.

My advice as a partaker in certain herbal remedies as well, is the stuff we get these days, is the best ever, better than your parents used to smoke.  ANd should be used as often as required, to aid in any ailments or just good happy times you wish to experience while stoned.  I personally, have never found ANYTHING that has completely knocked me on my butt (unless I was already tired before incineration of said vegetable matter occurred), but I do feel that each person knows their own tolerances too.  I wouldn't suggest for a minute that someone that hasn't or doesn't smoke on regular basis to jump right in to the most potent stuff they can find, *Unless they have a sobre/trustworthy companion to watch out for them.  This last year of being a CIVILIAN again has shown me that the past decade I missed, the stronger better stuff is now the norm here, if you really want schwag - d-town brown you can still find it - but it's horrible stuff, and not the way it's meant to be!

Just ya'll have a good time, where-ever your lives have brought you to this point on this day before Jesus Cake Day!, and if the trees are burning, step in for a breath of fresh pines!
