I know you cannot say any more without risking your own good name and your masters wrath.  But it seems to be that the answer as to "what is in it for me?" is exposure, being social, not feeling isolated (as he says he feels right now.)  I do think that in light of his fragile state of mind right now, you should be the primary gatekeeper to access George.  As his most trusted member (and certainly his most useful and upright) member, I feel that he should provide you his passwords so that you can delete all mail that might otherwise upset him.
