I do not believe this to be the case, and do not believe that BellGab's area51drone is involved at all.  Longtime readers of the Musings thread *know* that this is not consistent with the man's MO.  A devastating, direct, and very personal, impactful blow is the hallmark of A51D's revelatory posts when he's been at WAR with George in the past.  Drone has accepted that George is the Master, and is indeed actively trying to take his rightful place by George's side as a member of the Circle of Trust.  He would have no reason to release anything of a derogatory nature against George, and even if he did, he would take the direct shot himself - not leak things in "dribs and drabs" via third parties.  This is not Drone's doing in Ol' Gerry's estimation.

Here is my General Musings of Falkie for the day.  On those rare occasions when he showers, does he ever find a nook or cranny that has not been exposed to light or oxygen for some time?  Does said cranny contain mushrooms, missing stray cats, or other flora and fauna?  Sometimes I wish my imagination would break.
