This is definitely the medium for him.

And fuck DMDN, let them sink. Competing network for sure.

Someone help me find a network. I only know Art's and Nancy Birnes'.

The only Canadian in him is one he probably ate. Read his posts.

"I've never talked to anyone in the Steelers organization. I hope to one day."
I don't know why, but this one really got me. It's really the Steelers' loss man.
Now, I'm not making fun. It's just Falkie being Falkie. But being able to listen to this guy for two hours, this is really an experience. Perhaps its my altered state right now, but I'd pay to have access to a Falkie podcast. (but not his god forsaken youtube videos)
It's your altered state.  I will say that he is FAR better on radio than video, but I cannot imagine paying to hear his opinions on everything (I used to manage 2 minutes of the occasional video, but have not even been able to do that for a year or longer... I don't think I even made it half way through the Noorie interview.)

He has a good voice, and good timing.  He would be fine for listening to once or twice a month- but that is all I would be able to do. He maintains the "know it all, blow hard" personality- and I cannot take those people in my real life, my radio listening life, or my internet life.  I do understand that there are lots of broadcasters who think that they know it all- but they rarely appear on my radio.

All in all (and I'm sure Senda is reading the comments) not a bad show.  Not my cup of tea for daily listening, but he is better than some "professional" broadcasters who I have heard- and it did sound like he actually enjoyed it.

Now for the "hater" in me.  Patch things up with Redacted (yes, apologize, as you were the twat in that spat) and see about doing a weekly 1/2 hour call-in (or talk to Hoagie- he is leaving the network, and you don't have the history of being a first rate jackass towards him).  Pick a subject you like, and offer to take calls and give your "always right" opinion (not to be read with derision or sarcasm... as mentioned above, lots of broadcasters have that.)

Somewhere in that statement is a good gay joke. ;)

I hardly have time to post on here as much anymore but decided to listen in and this is fantastic.
Same here., I haven't listened in a while, but had to check it out tonight. George did a great job. He was having a great time, and it worked!

I laughed so hard I cried. I am not even sure where to start.

'You'll just bitch at me..'

The break music was like being in some really fucked up dream. Atari porno music to all the Cuban hits all the time.

Oh and the MV ruined the bit, and the South African caller...

What made it fun was that he was having fun. I gave zero shits if anything was true because I was too busy having fun. He has his own original branding and whether I agree with it or not is not the point, it copies no one, and has a real quality to it.

Thanks to everyone in chat and a huge thanks to MV!
Agree agree agree! I'm just now listening.  :-*

Note to Failkie fans:

Tonight was your leader's audition as a C list paranormal "expert".  If he had nailed it, he might have had a shot as a once a month guest on the occasional podcast or streaming show.

Falkie took this opportunity so seriously that he thought the best method of conveying the Senda gravitas was to eat Chinese take out on air.
He needs to be able to work a plan. Same has happened with the cleaning(s), convention(s), so on. There doesn't seem to be much structure to his life so he isn't used to creating it.

If they redid the opening, he didn't eat on air and the newsreadings were completely shitcanned, I don't think it was bad at all. Better than Girl Noory, as expected.

I got another subscriber.  :)

Why doesn't Falkie have a car anymore? I missed stuff.

Went on my beer run. still got quite a bit of show left. i paused at 1.09 sheesh. Hour left? Turned it on and Falkie's end farted out and the show went to spanish music. I am quite drunk and fear I may have hit a wrong button on something.

Some good pointers to be sure.
I'm a horrible asshole, and have shown it time and time again on the site. If you get rid of all the history, all the back and forth bullshit, wasted time, arguments and nonsense.. Falkie is pretty damn fun.
I have to be honest. For all the shit I gave him..I don't give the tiniest shit about his or anyone else's personal life. I don't care if the government gave him a million dollars and he spent it on a fucking mayo sling so Kathy could shoot him in the panhandle. I just gave up being a jerk. I enjoy what I get now. I am easily amused. Fuck it, I just don't care anymore.
The guy can do radio. He should figure this shit out. I give him my blessing.

yeah hes back. Something about his mac. I am hooked. I blame Falkie, MV, and this entire site for my inevitable worst ever hangover in the morning. Heads will roll tomorrow. Mine first, yours later...you fuckers are so lucky its Saturday.

As far as I know, Falkie hasn't made a red cent while some of those I speak of have and at the cost of others.  We are not talking about the same game...not even the same sport.  Stick it..dgital if you like that way punk.

I see that you take criticism with as much grace and introspection as Fatty himself.  Small wonder you're one of his ass-lickers.

coaster

I am a bit disappointed with one call I just heard. Zulu, I think his name was from South Africa. Member here? Wanted to talk African things. Everything from politics to the paranormal. Damn, that could have been a great conversation.
Falkie did say he was a bit americocentric, and I don't blame him. So many are.
this is like when Heather started. Saying "she will get better".  Thing is, you know falkie would delve in to some SA topics "just in case". Some shit he didnt know, he would learn up on. and the thing is, will he get another chance?
Falkie on mitd. that aint drunk coaster talking..  i genuinely think someone should throw falkie a bone here. someone get ahold of Keith. lord knows, theres room on the dmdn schedule for another show now that Hoagland is packing his torsion dorkmeter and bolo tie  into his satchel and heading out into the sunset.
edit-just unpaused. falkie is literally looking for what the fella is talking about. toe eating fur seals. falkie...is a fucking riot. wtf? haters, thi is the best radio I have ever heard.

I'll take your criticism on anything you like DPS...not really fair to call me a ass-licker though.  As I have said, I don't know Falkie as well as a lot of you guys but I do think he has some talent.  Did you listen to the show? What did you think?  I just believe in throwing a brother or sister a helping hand if I can.  Yeah, Falk has some obstacles to overcome..maybe fair to say a lot of them are self-imposed.  I just don't see where it is helpful to continually drag a guy down.  Some people are just that way I guess.  Have yourself a pleasant night.

If he finds an aegis like Girl Noory did, none of the flaws will matter.

coaster

This is the greatest radio ever. Haters. The way he alienated the South African caller. See, you guys would have ate that shit up. He tried though.

while it may not change most of our opinions about some of the things he has done,

Word.  I mean, who gives a fuck that he's a misogynist, a racist, that he beats women, that he steals from his employers, commits fraud with his dead mother's credit card, that he tried to pimp out a pregnant woman, that he tried to commit insurance fraud, that he drives without a license, that he commits welfare fraud, that he's a sociopathic-level liar, that he's been nothing more than a parasite all of this life, and on and on.  He acted like a semi-retarded chimp for a couple of hours and it was entertaining.  All is forgiven.  Strawberries for everyone!

coaster

lol this rap. over so many heads i figure. #nowyoureinpittz

The show was very fun and entertaining but Falkie was only good at what Falkie is always good at. He is a great story teller, I would even say potentially top notch. When he was asked questions he answered with vivid tales.

But that is the same thing people say about the YouTube videos we like. As soon as he had to fill he was looking at the internet and just reading what he could find. By the third podcast the callers would slow down and it would be more Trump Talk.

With a producer like Chefist doing show prep he could do it. I of course would love to hear him embarrassing himself and going into cringe worth personal stories but the part about Fireball XL5 was great.

All in all what we have said about the videos holds true with audio.

Noory emailed me that I did a great job despite the technical problems so he listened to the show.🙀😊😊😊😊

We'll talk tomorrow, just tossing ideas around. This has legs though. A live weekly (or nightly) show is going to attract a bigger audience than the Youtube videos. The videos are a nice way to augment a radio show though.

I think you should stick with weekly at first, don't Heather yourself.
