The command in every army is if you are being shot at then return fire. But I was always on the front lines, civilians tend to run as far away from the front lines.  The New world Order orchestrated that war perfectly, when Gorbachev tore down the Berlin wall, he deliberately left behind hundreds of billions worth in T model tanks, Katchusha rockets, mig fighters, and other ordinances. In 1990 Germany was still behind in their ww2 debt paying countries for material damages according to the Geneva convention acts, that is something that every nation must do. But the war in Yugoslavia started and all of a sudden Germany no longer had a world war 2 debt, the Vatican spent billions to the Germans to equip the Croats, and the Bosnians, with those Russian weapons, when there was a U.N. arms embargo in effect for the former Yugoslavia. The embargo tripled the price of arms and ammo. You see friend the Vatican supported Hitlers new world order, and now they are back. The Von Habsburgs did the same thing it's called divide and conquer.
