It amazes me these lazy people are happy to take what they think is the easy way out and live like this.  Effort that the rest of us put into improving our lives instead goes into scheming and scamming, basically for peanuts.

Of course Senda draws the line at being called a beggar, and has been very clear that he is merely open to donations.  And will also gladly accept offers of free food, etc, from charitable organizations.  But begging, well, that's the one thing that's beneath him.

California has a $15 minimum wage coming soon-prices are going to go up far above what someone on disability can afford. All those people are going to be pushed out of the state and in to Nevada and Arizona.

If that's the result, they should make it $25/hr, and nationwide.

And increase disability benefits for those truly in need, but get real doctors and investigators to do annual checkups on all claimants, people who will screen out the scam artists.  Fat is not a disability, it's a reason to be doing physical labor.

It's already been awhile since he got the ticket, the maximum amount of late penalties have probably been added to it.

Are warrants issued for unpaid tickets in California, or do they just suspend the drivers license?

He's going to have a high insurance rate if he ever gets another car and his license back, because of the gap in coverage.  The irony is, living on handout programs is a lot of work and it's easy to get so far behind one can never dig oneself out.  Not to mention the loss of discipline and self respect that comes with sleeping until noon and doing nothing productive all day.  Yet the Senda's of the world think they are getting one over on the rest of us.

Public transportation was made in part for people like Senda.  He has no business driving and adding to congestion on the road.  And by the way Senda, stay off of buses and the Bart commuter train during commuter hours, those times are reserved for students going to school and productive people going to work.

Failure to Pay Fines / Disobeying Court Orders can get you a bench warrant in California and there is no fine that will top at only $150.
California does have an amnisty program for unpaid tickets right now though. Another reason not to put it off.

Its a shame that Kathy keeps Falkie so fat and out of shape. He was born with the perfect pedigree to be a rickshaw operator.

He probably isn't aware that it's increased massively from the $150 to who knows how much by now.  $800?  $1,000?  $1,500?

So now if an officer stops Senda while driving, or checks his ID and runs a check on it for any other reason, he'll be arrested and taken to the police station?  He wouldn't be able to pay the ticket then and there, but would then be able to add the cost of the interest charged by the bail bondsman to his list of foolish expenditures.

Did I miss something * I * said ?
I already said I would be on the Gabcast once my home phone is back on and I get my proper internet service up again.
For once, it is truly ALL about MONEY !🙀🙀🙀🤕😁🤑🤑🤑

Will notify MV about this. I got busy with other things and inboxes.
Hope you all had a great Easter, though it puzzles me how since Passover is next month, how Easter can be THIS month since Christ died on the Passover weekend.

Wow, now Falkie is replying to me INSIDE MY OWN MESSAGE.  Perhaps MV has given him TOO MUCH power over this thread...

That's a good point Monk.  The increase will undoubtedly make life more difficult for those on a fixed income.  I wonder what a hamburger at McD's will cost after an increase lie that?  A gallon of milk or a loaf of bread?

I just wish he was still wearing the white go-go boots.

Yeah, those were pretty snazzy!  Haha.

Good morning Senda.  Is your new private thread for you and your "friends" ready yet?  Have you had your first meeting in your new online clubhouse?

You'll need to add "No non-caucasians" to that sign.

It has been interesting so far but yeah, no women-folk that I know of.  I don't know if Falkie has invited any.  It certainly would be nice to have a woman's perspective in Falkieland.  I wonder if I could talk him in to inviting IB?  If she got too rambunctious, he could throw her out.  I'm sure Brig was invited wasn't she?  So far it's been a big weenie roast.

So, do you have to fellate one of the big 3 to play in Falkie's Fortress?

Maybe just fellate an ego or two and vow your allegiance to he who runs the show...

It all depends on how he figured out that it was a $150 fine.
What he received in the mail was a summons  and the amount on it was actually bail. If you pay bail they call it done or you go to court. It is always worth going to court, even if you just plead guilty. If you plead guilty you find out the real state, county and city fine and it will be lower than bail.
If he went to court he might not have a warrant out but if he skipped it then he does have one out on him. Unpaid fines slip through cracks often but missed court appearances never do.

And can't you make some kind of payment arrangements for fines?

It only works if you make the payments.

Starbucks has their music cranked up so loud I couldn't think or see straight.
I'm outside in the wind now.
It was giving me a horrible headache.
I AM allowed to modify a post should I choose being the moderator, but in this case it was not deliberate.

Senda does good. Interesting subject, the story does not sound like you are reading it but rather telling it and the camera was not looking up your nose.
All in all it is OK. Good job.

I loved it. Falkie was actually entertaining and this time for all the right reasons.

I wonder if I could talk him in to inviting IB?

Someone on this board asked if I wanted in and he would put in a good word for me. But then I could only say glowing things about our Dear Leader. That would cramp my style.

Falkie2013

For those who may not have seen them, 2 videos I did today are up.
I would have done more but the clouds were causing the sun to blot out my IPad screen & the wind downtown started to pick up & there are going to be 40 mph winds here and across the SF Bay Area tonight.
More video once I warm up and make dinner.
I came home with my skin ice cold.

Little Girl cat is now FINALLY starting to be a baby.
She's not automatically panicking at every movement I make and she's started sleeping or sitting at the end of the sofa bed when I come home so I have another sweetie I think.
She is also very gentle like her sister Fuzzy.😀😺😻

And thanks to Drone's impetus, I looked up and figured out HOW to call Kathy on my IPad in Google hangouts and lo & it worked !
Surprised the hell of Kathy that I could call her on a tablet.
Thank you Drone for broaching the idea in the first place.

Indeed.  But I got busted again by Mrs. Walks_At_Night while watching it.

She already thinks I'm a nut for listening to the crap that I listen to.  To top it off there is no good answer as to
"why are you watching that? Who is that guy?".

My penance will be to drop off the internet and go watch a Doris Day movie with her.   Pillow Talk - God help me.
*Sigh*   ::)

Next time tell her that this guy is a relationship guru and you are trying to become a better husband. We women eat shit like that up. ;)

Falkie.   Relationship Guru.  'bout choked on my Sam Adams.     I'll be off to watch Doris with that happy thought.   Thanks!

Your new video is even a hit with the haters, Falkie!  Congrats!

Will you be doing a video review of BATMAN V SUPERMAN after you see it?  That would be interesting!

Wow Falk!  This is where you really shine!  You are a natural story teller!  Thank you so much for telling a tale about one of my old stompin' grounds.  Proud of ya man!  You got a talent!

Damn... I gotta say it...Falkie truly has a gift.  He is a natural story teller and I am impressed with the Tale of the Blue Light Lady, a local legend from one of my old haunts (pun intended).  I am trying to encourage Falkie to take his channel in this type of direction.  I made a request that he researched this story and paid him a fee to do so.  I want everyone to know that Falkie did not solicit the funds...I gave it willingly in hopes that he would realize his efforts could be rewarding.  I am very proud of him for this and I hope he can continue on, make more interesting vids, and continue to improve.  BRAVO Falkie, a job well done!

Most definetly!!

Maybe the GREAT ONE can do a part two and go on location.

Would be cool to go at night and try to capture the blue glowing essence of Elizabeth Polly's ghost.

;D

If Falk can make a good run, and start earning some decent scratch researching and telling stories, maybe he could drive around the country...in a Hearse...that would be novel!

That should get you invited into the FalkieSafeSpace portion of BellGab.

Hopefully he will tell the tale of Hairy Baby. It is a story from Susanville, CA and apparently well known there. I have only heard it from people raised there but they all know it.

The way to ward Hairy Baby off is with a fresh piece of paper because paper cuts hurt. All school children would cary fresh sheets in a folder kept in their back packs in case they were out after dark.

I did not make this up and local legends would be a full idea for shows.
