She was NOT careless in this case.
She started out backing up and while she was looking in the rear view mirror and NO vehicle was there, I was watching the onboard rear view camera and also saw NO vehicle because it was NOT yet behind us and there was a line of cars to our right which meant we could not see to the right more than one or two car lengths.
The guy sped up out of nowhere.
And shouldn't have been speeding.
Like so many things that people bring up in here, no one on this board was there.
WE were and we were not at fault given that if he had been driving the speed limit, we would have backed out and would have never hit him because we would have been able to stop in time.

I once crossed an intersection with the light with a car I had and no car was in the left turn lane. A speeder ran the light and hit my car.

Bad driving happens and it not always the fault of the person who has no where else to go.
There was a car to the right of our car and a curb to the left.
It was NOT Kathy's fault so shut the hell up about it.

When backing up it is your responsibility, anything that happens is your fault.

If he was speeding and he hit her then there would be a possibility of contributory fault. But as you tell it she hit him, meaning she was moving still when he was directly behind her and she hit him. That makes it ALL HER FAULT.

Look back at all of your posts, every single one says that Kathy hit him. None of the excuses matter, none, you have repeated that Kathy hit him.

We must be missing something.

There hasn't been a Kathy's Korner for awhile, how about hearing this from Kathy's point of view?

You are backing from a parking spot and you hit someone == you fault, it is really as simple as that. And how the fuck can you even know how fast the truck was driving if you were inside a car watching a camera? Your Prius would be completely wrecked after a collision with a speeding truck. If Her Sweetness cannot rotate her head when she's backing up with a car, she simply shouldn't be driving at all.

Conservatives aren't supposed to take advantage of government programs ?
Like tax breaks ?
Only liberals are supposed to take advantage of government programs, eh.
And it's a state program & has nothing to do with Obama.
There's a program to get older cars off the road and the state pays your for it.
As for our tail lights, we didn't know they were out until we got pulled over.
Our mechanic told us the wiring was unfixable.
It was a 14 year old Honda and that's why it got retired and crushed and they paid us to get it off the road and we used the money towards our first Prius.
Of course, the REAL know it alls on here like run over squirrel know everything.
And never fail to comment negatively and not positively about anything I say because they can't in their irrational and idiotic hatred.

In general one can attach some traits to conservatives and liberals basing on definitions of these words. The only thing I can say about you in relation to using government programs is that you will do absolutely everything that isn't explicitly illegal. That is not a trait of a conservative or a liberal, it is a trait of a professional piece of shit. That's what you are. And I am not talking about this particular case, basing on the description you had every right to use that program.

I miss Kathy's musings. I have to say, it took a lot of guts to just come on youtube and tell you're life story of how u felt in a marriage break up ect., no matter how it made you look.
I really have to give her props for that. I guess because that is something i could never do. I'm too weak of a person to be able to deal with the negative comments if even ONE came up.
She put her whole self out there.
Each little tiny pixel out to be talked about.

She is someone ppl would find easy to scrutinize. And I'm sure she knew this. but still did it anyway.
And to who's benefit but ours, and Falkies.
I wanna see her come back and talk about how she felt about george kicking her out of staying with him during the limited time she was in total limbo.
but, alas, i bet she won't. i bet it doesn't cross her mind to say anything negative about anyone besides ratty Patty.

There is NO "claim" to be disabled.
I AM disabled due to my injuries and health issues most of which have absolutely NOTHING to with my weight.
I weighed 260 and was losing weight when I fractured my right kneecap.
I injured my left knee long before that when I weighed 220.
Injuries and recurring illnesses that left me unable to walk or where I wound up bedridden is what caused a lot of the weight gain.
I am an asthmatic with copd and recurring sinus infections that the surgery did not stop.
I use 3 inhalers to breathe and have nearly choked to death from it and have gone to the ER in an ambulance multiple times because I could not get any air in my lungs. Both Kathy and Patty have been witnesses to it.
I'm not going to repeat this again.
You think I'm NOT disabled because you think I am scamming the government.
I'm not.
Get over it, move on to something else and shut up about it.

So say we all!

Why not

Hello everyone.  Robert Frost said that way leads on to way...I saw something big in the western sky and here I am.  By way of Youtube, I found my way to this interesting side of the web.  I am one of Mr. Senda's subscribers and I look forward to meeting the rest of his fans....heh.

Welcome!   :)

Thank you for the welcome IB...nice to meet you.  I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on why Mr. Senda seemed so interested in the possible sale of George N's radio show?  I asked Mr. Senda if he was a writer/producer of the show because he seemed to indicate that this would be a financial boon for him.  I really do enjoy (most) of his Youtube vids..I think he has a distinctive voice and tone and his commentary is entertaining.  I also can also identify with Mr. Senda with his health situation as I too am battling back from a series of setbacks.  The battle is difficult but with proper nutrition and exercise, I am losing weight and am feeling much better.  I was hoping to get the opportunity to visit with Mr. Senda about some of the things I have been able to do to combat pain, pursue proper nutrition and begin a gradual exercise program.

Georgy Porgy did a short segment for a show, he hopes that show will sell and he will strike it rich.

He will listen to you about nutrition and exercise and says he will do it if you buy and prepare the food for him and purchase a gym membership for him.

George,

Since you seem to be responding to posts, would you be so kind as to give an example of something bad that has happened to you for which you were responsible?  I'll give an example.  Once I was washing my car and took off my sunglasses and carelessly placed them on the ground.  A minute or so later I stepped on them.  That was totally my fault, not the fault of the car I was washing.  I await your response.

Are you sure the water running off the car did not push them under your foot?

Thank you for that information Rally..appreciate it and it is nice to meet you!

So, he has had some advise given to him concerning nutrition and exercise?  Well, I would be unable to pay for his foodstuffs or his gym membership although I can say that I have been able to eat healthy and stay within a modest food budget and to bypass the cost of a gym membership, I have been able to walk down my town's ample sidewalks and have been able to workout in my own home.

I have known George close to 15 years.

He will just tell you that you do not have all the restrictions that he has.

Yes, the roadblocks of the mind are the hardest to overcome it seems.  I can understand dealing with pain, limited mobility and the like.  I had a good friend tell me that if I was in that much pain sitting around, I might as well be in that much pain on the move.  I made the excuse that I felt like when I would exert myself at a certain level my heart would explode, he said then it was gonna explode anyway.  I took my friend's words to heart because I knew he had battled his way back from a terrible drug addiction.  I feel sooooo much better although I know I have a ways to go yet.  George, if you read this, please know that I have an idea of what you are going through and i can attest....it still can be done!

Another question he didn't answer?  Did he pass his inspection or has it not come around yet?

He perpetually has an inspection coming soon.

Things might be different in CA regarding subsidized housing, but in NC, unless there is a compelling reason, there are few inspections. If there is concern of some infestation or some fire hazard there might be an inspection scheduled. If Mr. Senda is truly having this many inspections, someone from the complex management wants him to leave.

I started posting here last July. Since then, he has been getting ready for the inspection, which never seems to happen.

Hmmmmm...starting to get the idea that I may be barking up the wrong tree with my advice.  I have a sister who would gladly take my cash, check, or wire transfer...but never my advice.  this thread looks dauntingly large (like the Holy Bible) but perhaps I will peruse it nonetheless so I can see what begat what and who begat who, etc.  Again, if you are reading this George, I think I can help you.
