I'm not tugging your leash this time, Falkie.  Seriously.  About this alleged stroke.  Where did the DMV get the idea that you suffered a stroke?  Did the police believe you had suffered a stroke after pulling you over for some traffic violation and then reported you to the DMV? Bureaucrats do not have the knowledge or authority to make a medical diagnosis.  If you truly have real paperwork from medical doctors saying you did not have a stroke that should be enough to rectify this situation.  There are two types of strokes, ischemic (caused by a blood clot) and hemorrhagic (bleeding in the brain).  Both can be determined by an MRI.  Did you have an MRI?

It's good that you're talking to your state senator about this.  You may also want to check in with legal aid and see if you can get an attorney to help you pro bono.  If the documentation exists, as you say it does, you should be able to set this straight.

A friend of mine was pulled over for a minor traffic violation.  The officer had him get out of the car and looked closely at my friends eyes.  Noticing the whites were a bit yellow, the officer accused him of being on drugs.  My friend, an MD halfway through his residency in internal medicine, explained he had a chronic condition called Gilbert's Syndrome (pronounced zheel-BARE after the French physician who discovered it), a common, harmless liver condition in which the liver doesn't properly process bilirubin, sometimes causing a person to appear slightly jaundiced, including a yellowing of the sclera (white portion of the eye).  The officer backed down, gave my friend a warning and sent him on his way.

I have never ever heard or seen a PO make any type of medical dx on a car stop or any other police funcition. DWI/DUI is proven by physical and chemical analysis. But it has nothing to do with strokes etc. This is just Bullshit!  Unless it was in the course of duty to help or save a person that was injuried or ill. As well as a situation in which a citizen was a danger to him/herself of others the officers can detain that person to be taken to an ER where a quilafied medical Dr. can make a medical Dx and possibly keep the person again for their welfare and others, until it is determined if that person is "unstable" to which it becomes a matter for the courts. NO where, No way does a police officer make a medical call denying a  drivers license or anything else by looking at a persons eyes or thinking they had a stroke even if the citizens told that to the cop. Again SLOB-O is full of shit. What is the $600 TRAFFIC FINE FOR?

You are obviously too mentally deranged to have a valid DL besides any supposed physical disability you claim to have. If you were suspended on medical grounds all you need to do is fill out the first page of this form:

All the bullshit you spew will turn your case from a physical medical suspension to one on mental grounds. Good luck dipshit.

He is a freaking menace. What was his $600 fine for Luara? No doubt some major safety issue. He already has soon his disregard for the law as he has stated on numerous times he has operated vehicles in spite of not holding a valid license as well as not being insured. In fact he drove a truck! Luckily no one was hurt...what a shithead!

I am not there yet so have no worries about that.
I have not heard word one from Kathy since last Friday.
I think her living with Ratty Patty has influenced her but she was already mad at me for tossing her out.
She had said on the phone she was going to take her stuff up to Sacramento as some of it is  salvageable if cleaned but that was before I saw her last Friday.
I am taking BART and the bus on Friday up to Ratty Patty's to deliver Kathy's t-shirt to her that she ordered and to talk to her about getting her crap off my balcony.
If I don't hear from her soon it all goes in the dumpster. I am tired of the smell out there and will have to douse the balcony with Lysol and hot water and scrub it down.
Kathy when living on her own always made up with me after awhile. The evil Patty has probably decided to drive a wedge between us but it will backfire on Kathy and the ratty one as well  given that Patty has literally fucked Kathy over in many ways in the past and will do so in the future as well.
And then Kathy will have no one to fall back on having alienated the only person who gives a damn about her save one friend who is no position to help her given his health issues and that he has also had problems with Kathy over the years that I will not go into.
I have not cleaned up as much as I would like as I spent part of two days tossing out her crap and my lower back has been hurting because of the two falls I had. Periodically the pain flares up and if I sleep on the heating pad I am ok for the next day.
I have to go out on Friday to go get groceries and am pissed I have to spend money taking Amtrak while she gets the use of a car I paid for. I am going to stop paying for my half of the car insurance on the 30th if I don't hear from her. Kathy won't like that at all and I am certain she will show up here to tell me off.
Kathy after this ( except for things I said I would pay for like the gas cards) will never get a dime out of me again.
I've allowed her to move in with me 3 times in the past, spent thousands on her and have nothing to show for it but an attitude and disrespect and a trashed living room ( and a new bookcase ) which will be cleaned up after the convention.
On the bright side, my 2nd Ipad should arrive today and the dsl guy is supposed to come over here to increase my bandwith/speed so I can do things faster on the net.
And quit complaining ( not Gerry ) about my posting personal details in the past.
This IS my thread and I will post about whatever I choose but will be more reticent about it in the future.
One thing is that it is so much quieter IN my apartment now that she's gone. No more yelling or calling me an asshole and such and I got back my life and the use of my computer.

I would be remiss, akwilly, if I did not first congratulate you on your recent appearance on, and contribution to, the GabCast on behalf of this thread.  You represented the Big Guy and his select allies (yourself included) very well.  Nicely done!



I have been counseling George regarding the Kathy "situation," and probably took my rhetoric against her a bit too far.  Any person, especially someone with the deep emotional capacity of a man like George Senda, does not just up and throw 39 years of a loving friendship (and more) out the window on a whim.  I told George that I'd dial it down as I could tell that he had contemplated the anger that led to the break-up, and that his attitude had again softened towards the woman.

I think that it's probably best if they're apart, and I know that George himself knows that they should never live together again.  Even though he is doing things like sorting through her collectible plushes for her, and salvaging what he can, in addition to receiving the alien t-shirt and bag on her behalf, she still is not coming through for him this weekend.  She has to know that the UFO convention is important to him, and her failure to give him a ride is causing him a lot of extra hassle and hardship in getting there.  It's an important weekend in his continuing efforts to build his subscriber base and credibility with the Coast To Coast AM / Jeff Rense Show / paranormal community.  I'm saddened that she has let him down, and her lack of support probably shows him that she can't and won't be there for him in his time of need.  However, he is a kind and loving man.  There is, even now, still room for Kathy in his life.  He knows where I stand, but I've backed off from what were my increasing verbal barrages against her because I don't think that's where his head is at now, and I do not mean to offend him.
