I love this forum way more than I should...I haven't even been here that long, but the great senses of humor of the folks here, the Noory-Bashing, the vile premrats (!), and the comedy one-upmanship pretty much made me adore you people. But just scanning the BASICS of this Falkie situation has me marooned on LV-426 THINKING:

I have not heard word one from Kathy since last Friday.

I think her living with Ratty Patty has influenced her but she was already mad at me for tossing her out.

She had said on the phone she was going to take her stuff up to Sacramento as some of it is  salvageable if cleaned but that was before I saw her last Friday.

I am taking BART and the bus on Friday up to Ratty Patty's to deliver Kathy's t-shirt to her that she ordered and to talk to her about getting her crap off my balcony.

If I don't hear from her soon it all goes in the dumpster. I am tired of the smell out there and will have to douse the balcony with Lysol and hot water and scrub it down.

I have not cleaned up as much as I would like as I spent part of two days tossing out her crap

and am pissed I have to spend money taking Amtrak while she gets the use of a car I paid for. I am going to stop paying for my half of the car insurance on the 30th if I don't hear from her. Kathy won't like that at all and I am certain she will show up here to tell me off.
Kathy after this ( except for things I said I would pay for like the gas cards) will never get a dime out of me again.

Kathy called me tonight and we had a talk where I said " You really need to call me periodically as we have things to resolve. " and that I thought that the evil one ( RP ) was going to do everything she could to ensure that Kathy and I do not get back together.
Kathy said my comment was absolutely right, that the Ratty One is doing all she can to have that happen, that she ( Kathy ) can't handle being with me right now, that I hurt her ( to which I said  " You have hurt me too, but I don't throw up the last 38 years in your face over and over and unlike you, I got over it eventually. " ).
Her alien bag and shirt are here and she says she will be over her to get her rat soiled stuff off the balcony and put it in the car.
She will not be taking me to Sacramento and I am not happy about that because it will be a hassle getting to Amtrak and to the hotel from light rail and the bus in the heat but I will manage.
I will tell her that if I no longer have the use of the car I paid for then I will no longer pay my half of the car insurance.
I am certain she won't like that and it will  affirm RP's thoughts about me as well.
I will pay off the two credit cards and will pay 1/2 the storage as long as my stuff is in there.
But I think you can put a fork in this relationship and say its done.
Or at least as long as Kathy stays with the evil one who poisons her mind against me.
Last Friday, Kathy came here and was willing to take me to Sacramento.
But Ratty Patty's time will come even if I have to wait until Kathy finds a place.
There is soooo much I can have done to her, all quite legal and all to her detriment it's not funny.
Though it will make me smile while I am doing it.

I have mixed feelings about Kathy but I should tell her goodbye.
I deserve better and if I have to stay alone the rest of my life ( at least until she picks up her cat and I see her again, at least ) so be it.
I predict that eventually the evil one will get pissed off at Kathy and throw her out again.
This time, Kathy will have no where to go and as my friend said tonight on the phone, she is cool towards looking for any place to live other than in this immediate area ( Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek ) and will be homeless and won't last 3 months on the streets.
I also think that as long as she stays at Patty's and sits and watches junk like Steve Wilkos and Jerry Springer, she will NEVER find a place to live.


Oh, I forgot one thing.
Kathy is terrified of Patty now because Patty is being a phone Nazi and Kathy is afraid that Patty will throw her out if she finds out she is calling me or our mutual friend.
Of course, she could drive over here to talk to me and see Boop but that would not occur to her.

Unlike you, I still have the paperwork from the DMV that says * I * have to pay a $75 reinstatement fee to get my license back and take a written test as well.
And there is NO hearing officer involved and never has been.
I submitted the medical paperwork and its in a file somewhere I suppose.
As usual, when it comes to what they require of me, YOU have NO idea what you are talking about.
There is nothing about my mental state involved in my case except that I have to deal with a mental case such as yourself on this matter on a periodic basis.

Felchie, I am going to copy your posts about the DMV and gov't agencies.  FWD them to the closest DMV office to your address.  You are unstable.  You are a threat to the general public and a specific threat to the DMV and its employees.

Hey Falkie, I don't think it is a good idea for you to be home when the traitor Kathy comes by for her things. She will always conveniently leave items behind so that she would have a reason to come back. I've said it on here before Falkie, what you should do is ducktape Kathy to a lighted street light. Put some bird seeds on her head so she wont be lonely and just let some good samaritans come by and take her home with them.

I did tell Kathy that she has to get the stuff out of here that is on the balcony because people are complaining and because its a health hazard and that she may be able to salvage some of it with work but much of it should be tossed in the dumpster as she may never get the odor out of the collectibles.
She wasn't happy that her records and some of the plushes had to be tossed out as they were ruined, but agreed with me.

Not going to be doing any swinging with my back the way it is.
And I'm fresh out of fedoras.
Kinda hard to get one when you wear a 7 3/4 hat size.

So besides storing your stuff & helping to clean your pig pen what has patty done to you? except "turning' kathy against you. You really should think twice about publicizing information to get even with patty. You post your whole life story online, Patty could easily find stuff to use against you. Drone even claims to have some info that could evict you.  Would you be smiling if someone did something like that to you?
