Quote104-year-old woman shares secret: 3 Cans Of DR. PEPPER A Day...

'Every doctor that sees me says they'll kill you'...

'But they die and I don't'...

Falkie, it's amazing that with your health you keep on ticking - we have talked about this in the past.  You just keep living and living.     We obviously know Kathy's (Haagen Dazs, duh).  What's your secret?

However, seniors need naps. Paul, Maroney,Kathy & I all take them. Goes with age.

Mr. Senda, 62 is not old enough to require frequent "senior" naps.  Most people in their 60s are working 8 hour days.  Airline pilots fly until they're 65.  Long trans Atlantic and trans Pacific flights.  A friend of our family is an airline pilot and regularly flies from Chicago to Beijing.  He's 60 years old.  Colonel Sanders didn't discover his "secret recipe" until he was 65.  Then he built a successful food chain - it's a junk food chain - but that's another story.

Also, please do not bully Kathy into making that video.  This constant need to explain yourself in videos is a direct result of your history of posting personal information on discussion boards.  Scores of people have told you to stop doing it.   Yet you persist, revealing more and more and more details of your personal life every day.  It's a bad habit, Falkie.  A self-destructive habit.  And now you're dragging your girlfriend into it.

STOP, Falkie.  We don't need to know every sordid detail of your life.  We don't want to know.  And please don't bully your girlfriend into making that video.  She doesn't owe any explanations to anyone.  If you don't want to preserve what's left of your dignity, at least allow Kathy to preserve her own.

You must be new around here.  *smile*  Pls don't ask him what the mayo is for.......I'd almost forgotten.

I don't want to know. :/

Watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. I found it pretty riveting. Juicing can get expensive, but I do it twice a day. I swear by it. :)

True. My grandpa retired from his lifelong job at age 68 and went back to work for another company until he was 90! I know a lot of it is genetics, but the retirement age is generally 65.

I kind of want to know stuff, but then again I only recently discovered Falkie so I don't know as much as most of you perhaps. And I agree, if Kathy is "bullied" into making a video, don't do it.

What credentials do you think are required to comment on information he freely - and ill advisedly - broadcasts on a public forum? What qualifies you, other than your frequent circumnavigation of the cul-de-sac, to judge the judges?
It's Friday, my day off from dealing with the orcs and trolls on this thread.
You understand.

PathoJen- I want to begin juicing. What is the best machine? Nothing cheap or crappy; if I do this I want to go all the way with it, Thanks in advance.

My father is 71 and chooses to work full time renovating houses. If he watched a Falkie video he would probably have some choice words for him. Something along the lines of "sad, lazy sack of government mooching, attention whoring shit." His words, not mine.. My mother on the other hand, turning 71 this spring, has emphsema, copd, and battling cancer and still works circles around Falkie.
Falkie's health problems are due to how he has taken care of himself, not his age. But he has chosen the lazy life. The 'bitch and moan on youtube videos in hopes of handouts, woe is me mentality". An online bum.

She's not bullied into anything. You have NO idea how hard it is to get her to change her mind once she has decided on something or for her to admit that she is wrong or to get her to stop doing something. it took me two days to get her to understand that she should not be running the a/c in our car even though yesterday we were roasting because of it, it was 87 in Walnut Creek & 79 here.
She has told me SHE * WANTS * to do videos to shut up those who speculate about us and are wrong. The last part are MY words, but that's the gist of it. When thinks about certain people on here, the word asshole usually comes up and goes from there. She gets tired of my telling her about all the lies on here and it does piss her off that people speculate and lie about us when they don't even know us. She's not here now but the next time she is, she will be in front of the camera to say things in her own words with no prompting from me except to tell her how to start and stop the video.
You probably will also see her at the Expo and I will introduce her to Noory as it's the courteous thing to do and I know Noory's interested in her as well. His book is on the way by the way and as soon as I read it, I will review it and see if I can send it to Belzer to get him to autograph it as well.
I know nothing of OTHER seniors sleeping habits. I just reported that the seniors I know all need naps. I know Maroney has insommnia issues, he has pain in his feet and is a diabetic. Paul goes to bed at 10 but frequently is emailing me at 4:30 am.

http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/features/do-seniors-need-less-sleep

" Another reason for senior snooze troubles lies in a big difference between younger and older sleepers: the timing of rest. As adults age, advanced sleep phase syndrome sets in, causing the body's internal clock to adjust to earlier bed and wakeup times. But some seniors continue to stay up late, as they did in their younger years. Sleep deprivation is often the result. "

And you know I stay up late.
Headed for Oakland. Supposed to be cooler today with rain expected Sunday.

Shes probably afraid of the repercussions if she told you to stop airing your dirty laundry on a forum about Art Bell. You know, you getting all punchy when she opens her mouth.

In that vein, my Mother had the first triple bypass surgery at Letterman Army Hospital in 1965. Her doctors said that she would live 3 years. She kept track of her doctors there.
She outlived them all.
I think she lived so long because she ate a lot of fresh & smoked fish and fresh fruits and vegetables. It wasn't until she required a pacemaker & started to have heart trouble that she started to deteriorate.
As for not WANTING to know the details of OUR life, I didn't bring up that I was " fucking around " with a married woman, a poster here did.
Don't want to hear the details ?
Then QUIT asking me about them !
Sheesh.

I wonder where she gets the cue for that philosophy? You are so far up your own arse you absolutely cannot see what to others is the bleeding obvious. We don't need to know how easy, difficult Kathy is (or you) in any given situation. Have you got that? Have you?

A Kathy video.  Written by Falkie.  Produced by Falkie.  Directed by Falkie.  Coerced by Falkie.

Coercion - the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.

Of course we know you stay up late.  That's just one of the 4,386,972 FALKIE FUN FACTS you have shared with the world on this Art Bell Forum.

Speaking of Falkie Fun Facts, here is one of my favorites . . .

Number 2,894,322:  I used my deceased mother's American Express card at the Apple Store.  I didn't know it was illegal.

It is natural that a lot of Art and Coast fans are night owls, going way back. I know that's how and only how I discovered Art.

And of those, how many discuss on forums the minutia of their lives? Every sordid little thing? Roughly?

Lol I wonder what would happen if someone turned him in.

Here is another fun fact: when Falkie overdrafts his bank account. It is the "stupid banks" fault.

3OctaveFart

When you're infirm, sleepless and out of work, there is a lot of time to f- around on forums late at night.
Falkie could cure Alzheimer's and BellGab would rip him for it.

If Falkie wants to become known on YouTube, there is no better way than to 'go viral'.

Breaking up with Kathy may not only be good for Falkie, but if he were to do it in one of his videos, well, that could be a real turning point in his quest to gain viewers..

Kathy is literally the best thing in his life. He bitches and moans about her but she drives his fat ass around including to doctors appointments.

Another fun fact: Falkie has no drivers license because he told the DMV he was incapable of driving safely. Falkie also has unpaid fines. Falkie think it is the "stupid dmv" fault they won't give him a license.

That didn't (predictably) answer the question though. Did it? How many of those that are insomniacs post the minutia of the not so good bits of their lives? In Falkies case, almost all of it.

I can't answer for Falkie, thus I won't.
He's comfortable sharing aspects of his private life. I'm not.
