When'd he do that?
He said he can't exercise because he can't put pressure on a bad foot.
Besides- I have seen bigger, much bigger than him anyway, having spent most of a life in the Great American South.

Of course not, Mr. Senda.  You do not criticize my food choices because you have no idea what my food choices are.  Unlike you, I do not post every detail of my personal life on the net using my real name.

But since you mention it. . . . back to the Jimmy Dean Frozen One Dollar Vile Chemical-Laden Concoction you reviewed.  You know that stuff will kill you.

And now, about that Marie Callender Frozen Sawdust Meatballs and Snake-Venom Sausage filth you reviewed.  You know that can't be good for you.

Do you like meat balls?  Well, it just so happens I love meatballs.  And, lucky for both of us, it's very easy to make REAL meatballs.  Real meatballs that you can put on your spaghetti.  Real meatballs for a meatball sandwich.  The net is full of recipes for home-made meatballs.  I make them all the time.  I buy a 2-lb package of ground round.  I add some common ingredients like bread crumbs, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a couple eggs, and a few other fresh ingredients and pop them into the oven for 30 minutes.  Then I put them, 6 at a time, into freezer bags and into the freezer.  When I need a few, I take them out and they're good to go.

Think of it, Falkie.  Real meatballs, using quality ground beef and other fresh ingredients that won't kill you.  No chemicals.

It's easy.  You're a man of leisure, Falkie.  If I can make them, you can make them too.  Meatballs that taste great and won't kill you.  Seriously, there is no comparison between real, homemade meatballs and those hideous frozen chemical-laden things they sell at the supermarket.

There you have it.  More good advice for you.  Okay, now it's your turn.  Insult me and tell me to STFU.  Seriously,  if it makes you feel better, have at it.  Just don't get too worked up doing it.  Stay calm.  Relaxed.  Think positive thoughts as you're telling me to STFU.

Best Regards,
Doctor Who

For G*d's sake, how many times on here do I have to 'splain it to you Lucy's out there?
I do videos to inform and entertain. many LIKE the fact that I talk about myself in my videos.
That's why they watch them.
and as I previously said, i had neither the energy, time or funds to stand on injured limbs and cook a full course meal.
it takes me 2 hours to make chicken soup or spaghetti.
and frequently eat a huge salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, green peppers, celery, with some tuna or fresh or canned chicken in it. theres one in the icebox right now.
i had $10 bucks to buy food with that day and decided to do a video on wat the stuff was like.
Get over it and  move on.
Oftimes money drives what I eat. i know what healthy choces are. i was on eight watchers for monhs and lost 60 pounds in 2 months. but I wasn't injured then and 37 years younger.
Sheesh.😱😠

Sayeth Falkie about TGI Friday's Loaded Cheddar Bacon Skins:  "They didn't agree with me for some reason, I don't know why.  Will I buy them again?  Probably not.  But they give you a lot of food value if you're into bacon skins with a lot of cheese."

Priceless.

it's not the dietary advice I object to. it's the holier than thou attitude  I have a  problem with.

Falkie, have you ever seen the documentary film FAT HEAD?  I believe it's still availble on Hulu and Netflix.  I would be interested to know what you think of it and the diet facts it examines.

http://youtu.be/evcNPfZlrZs
Love the latest video, by the way!  Falkie unleashed!

The work Michelle Obama is doing is important.  If she can improve child dietary habits, she will probably have a bigger impact on America's future prosperity than any recent President.  Face it, an unhealthy populace, with its high medical costs, chronic illness (such as those described extensively in this thread), lost productivity, loss of self-worth resulting in self-destructive behaviours and consequent falling rates of ingenuity, entrepreneurship, education, public service, and increasing rates of crime and apathy will sink a country faster than a war.

Holier than thou attitide?  Geeze Louise, Nancy (that's for calling me Lucy).  My goal was to persuade you to stop eating that vile, chemical laden frozen crap that will give you diabetes and kill you.  You're 62, Mr. Senda and you're dangerously overweight (you showed us your shorts on one of your informative and entertaining videos).  You're playing with fire eating that stuff.  You're putting a hellish burden on every organ in your body.  You're flirting with diabetes.

I simply suggested you forget the Marie Callender Frozen Meatballs from Hell and try making some real ones.   How is that holier than thou?  I want you to stick around a few more years and keep making videos.  You like to make them - I like to watch them.  If you kill yourself with that Jimmy Dean, Marie Callender and TGIF Chemical Crap from Hell you won't be able to make any videos and I won't be able to watch them.

You know how long it takes to make real meatballs?  About 20 minutes (not counting the 30 minutes they're in the oven baking).  And then I have 24 of them in the freezer all ready to go.

Okay, that's it.  Go ahead and yell at me.  Nancy.

Mrs. Obama presumes to tell us all how to lead our lives, whether we are obese or not.
Sorry- but I find that really loathsome from someone who is not as self-made as she thinks.

I don't know all that Mrs. Obama is doing -- I mainly just know about the school lunches and healthy eating campaigns aimed at children.  Ultimately the state is reponsible for the protection of a child.  If the parents fail in that regard, it falls on the state. That includes safety, shelter, education, and nutrition.

I think America is in a catch-22 situation.  It became figuratively fat after the WW2.  The people largely enjoyed abundance and passed that off to their children.  I think that, along with heavy surveillence, has left lot of Americans with a culture where they feel they don't have to take responsibility for their own behaviour and situation.  If they're overweight it's the corporations' fault.  If they are doing illegal drugs and people are dying trying to deliver those drugs, it's the government's fault.  If they perform poorly on exams, it's the school's fault.  If they provoke a violent situation, that's not their fault either.

I know that doesn't represent everybody, but it affects everybody.  It makes America fall behind and become uncompetitive.  It jacks up costs of policing, health care, and maintenance of infrastructure.  I think the founding fathers assumed everyone would be held to a certain level of personal responsibility - responsibility for their health, for their education, for their work, and in general for their personal situations.  But that is largely gone.  So the government is forced to step in or see the economy spiral down, and take up the slack of lack of personal responsibility.  But if they do then they are seen as oppressive, as big unweildly government.

I do think Mayor Bloomberg took it too far and trounced on constitutional rights.

I'll leave it at that.  I've already hijacked Falkie's thread enough with political discussion.

I agree with every word you wrote.  American school children are getting fat.  I give Mrs. Obama a lot of credit for encouraging schools to serve nutritious lunches instead of pizza, fries, soft drinks and so on.   She received some assistance from the BBC's Jamie Oliver.  And don't worry about hijacking Falkie's thread.  He's been making videos reviewing the kind of junk food that is making Americans fat and lazy.

Our  family doctor is from Canada and he doesn't tolerate his patients or the nurses and office girls who work for him to be overweight.  If any of us (my wife, kids, myself) gain a few pounds we'll hear about it.  He's polite but firm.  That extra weight had better be gone at our next appointment.  He's in good shape himself and sets a good example for his patients.  He says the secret to maintaining healthy weight is good food (not processed) and portion control.  It's easy to do and it works.

Processed foods are poison - and that includes all that Frozen Death from Jimmy Dean, Marie Callender and TGI Fridays that Falkie reviews in his informative and entertaining videos.

Do you hear that Falkie?  You're promoting FROZEN DEATH in your informative and entertaining videos!

But I will say that you and others totally miss the point on the food police types.

I think its more of a food and obesity discussion, but unlike OTHER threads, we can talk about politics if its relevant to the discussion at hand as far as I am concerned.
I hereby grant you a Falkie indulgence better than those ones that popes used to give out because it's NOT always about the money.

But aren't capturing the hearts and minds of the people.

I've seen people at Walmart 3 and 4 times bigger than me, many of whom are women with huge caboose asses.
When we were in one, one woman was in her personal electric chair and must have weighed 700 pounds.
When I did the Safeway fire video there is a guy who rides an electric chair and each one of his thighs are 3 or 4 times the size of mine. He must weigh 600. He sits in the chair like its a lounge chair like this _/.
I admit its an epidemic.
I used to eat a lot of junk food and I've cut way down but still get cravings.
Trying like hell to curb them.

IF the food evangelists would find a way to make diet food not taste like compressed sawdust or cat litter ...
I think we also crave greasy foods too.
I read there's something in processed or fast foods that makes us crave them as well.

Indeed.  Watch that FAT HEAD movie, it's got a lot of twists and turns and a surprising ending.  Even the filmmaker didn't expect it.  It's a lot more interesting than it seems at the beginning.

But seriously, I know little about George other than seeing him on Ancient Aliens.
I'd have to do some research on him.

Out of curiosity we went to 2 Ihops. Both places were packed with SRO & waiting.

Wrong again, Tardis breath.

I met Shatner and talked to him for while when he was promoting his Transformed Man album at the Emporium in San Francisco in 1968 and we discussed his boar hunting in Catalina and I had found a copy of Bow and Arrow magazine that he appeared on the cover of and I gave him a second copy ( both of which I bought with my money) and got him to autograph one. He was surprised to see it because the publisher hadn't sent him a copy as many publishers do.
I've also had dinner with George Takei and spent time with Jimmy Doohan when I was involved with a Star Trek group 1970's and introduced Jimmy to his future wife Wendy backstage when a group of us attended Doohan's performance in The Trial of James McNeil Whistler in Sf's Broadway.
Shatner stopped hunting but used to hunt a lot with bow and arrow and has referred to it on websites as have other websites.
I met other cast members as well and for a long time the late Melvin Belli was my Mother's attorney and he was Gorgon in an episode of TOS and I'd  sat in his North Beach office many times and had all his books autographed and on my shelves before they were destroyed in a fire in 1977, supposedly caused by a smoking cigarette when I don't smoke.

Do you think William Shatner remembers meeting you?

He might if I reminded him.

But why in the hell should YOU care ?
It's patently obvious that the only reason YOU post in this thread is to criticize ( mostly ) and not ADD to the discussion but to detract from it.
You ( and others ) bitch constantly that I talk about MY life, yet you hang on every word, utterance, post and video so you can have some reason to come in here and bitch and complain about what I am doing either here, on You Tube or elsewhere.

My subscribers AND friends * LIKE * to hear what I am talking about.
That's why I got 7 new subscribers in the last week on my channel, people like my posts on Twitter and Google + too.
And why I now have 132 subscribers & I am being looked at on more networks with every video.
I get multiple POSITIVE comments on my videos every day now whereas before I only get a couple and my videos, blog and forum posts are being forwarded all over too.
My Art Bell, U7 & Noory # ! video has 327 views already.

And I signed up with Tsu.com this morning & guess who was the third person and guy I signed up to follow ?

Ta da ! William Shatner himself.

Now do you really think that given my gregarious & " I'll talk to anyone " nature, I couldn't get Bill to recall the day ?

" Hey, Bill. Do you remember being on the cover of Bow & Arrow magazine when you were hunting boar on Catalina Island back in 1968 ? "

And then take it from there.

Last night at Ihop a young teenage girl saw me & with my not saying a word to her, she said hello to me.
I'd never seen her before.
She must have seen something she liked about me, or maybe my hat or my shirt.
I said hello back, talked to her for a minute and went to our table.
People do notice me AND my shirts and DO comment on them. Its a conversation starter.
Get OUT of MY thread, trollish one.

Hmmm, but the cynic says that is disingenuous. You vet all comments before posting. Therefore you only allow the ones that you like. "Look everyone, everyone likes me"...You'd have more mileage (and credibility) if you didn't vet the comments and allowed all, warts and all.

I'd bet a case of beer you would set a personal record for views if you scored an interview with Giorgio Tsoukalos.
And that interview would not be that hard to procure as he has done them with amateur podcasters before (with the caveat he only discusses ancient astronauts, his area of quasi-expertise).
I'm not crazy about some of the science he's been advancing, but he is fan-friendly, highly visible in the paranormal community, has tens of thousands of followers on Twitter and YouTube and is a pop culture sensation, for better or worse.
These are the people you need to be taking aim at- not D-list celebrities like Noory.
At least Tsoukalos appears to be passionate about his line of work.

I'm awful busy at work today... Big project the whole staff is working on, so wonder if you and maybe Dr Who and/or Dagit could give me a hand with project.

Task: List everything Falkie does wrong and give each item a number.
Post the list on this thread.
Falkie will most certainly violate the numbered errors many more times, so to save everyone time, Posters can list only the number(s) of his violation(s)

Need order  for this to work properly....Any volunteer for score keeper?

Example Post using numbered violation list:

Falkie, see violation list for item numbers 7 and 29, for 84th violation...  item numbers 892 3rd violation and item 6,274 for 2nd time.
