You know, I was thinking today about Art's non compete.  I wonder if he would be breaking the non-compete if he were to just give away his show stream for free?   I mean, if he had zero commercials and just did a show for the pure joy.   How is that competing when you aren't selling anything?

An attorney would be able to tell you, perhaps with some case law, whether or not you would have a good case against it.   If there were a good argument then it might be worth it.   But I'm merely throwing the question out there.  You naysayers just want to keep Art off the air.   Admit it.
