Art is a true talent and a rare breed in this field....and I don't think he is as wealthy as you all think. I don't think he will fight it...he will wait while the investigation continues. In fact, he may have to.

Art was treated just as badly as we were.....worse, as he is paying with his reputation and his future. Those assholes played him....they used his popularity, his talent and his audience base to carve out a deal for Premier and C2C and they defrauded the public to do it. He said it himself...'business is war'...and he is right. I am just so sorry and so pissed off that it cost him his show, his reputation and his legacy.

Art...find a way...it means so much more than you may realize.

I also think Art should do a cameo in a zombie movie. I don't think the zombie genre will ever get old, to be perfectly frank. Sure, there are a few duds here and there, but most zombie movie are fuuuckin gold. I actually can't even get into a film unless there's at least one screaming, undead beastie stupidly running and/or shambling around until its shot dead. It would be heartening to everyone, I think, if in this film Art were to be on the roof of his Pahrump compound with a twelve gauge blasting zombies in their nasty faces, an e-cigarette dangling out of his grizzled and heroic jaw. He could even do some cheesy one liners like, "I said TURN OFF YOUR RADIO MUTHAFACKO!" or "NON-COMPETE THIS YOU DAFFY TWAT!" Then he could helicoptered out of there to the Phillipines and start a shortwave radio pod cast that coordinates supply routes, safe zones, etc. for the survivors on the mainland. Fuck a cameo --- he should star in it. And fuckin Sylvia Brown can be a zombie in it, and William Cooper, and David John Oates, and Art can tie ACME-issued explosives to all three and throw them off a cliff.

I don't know of a good title. "The Art of Zombie Murderin'" sounds good to me, but I'm just waking up.

There are plenty of shows on Sirius/XM talk radio that are worthwhile, it just takes some branching out. Sure, there are hollow ones like TMZ Live that don't appeal to either of us, but for people who love to hear what's going on with Jennifer Aniston or other celebutards, they're probably fulfilled. I'd prefer paying for channels that I actually watch/listen to but if you buy the service, you get the whole shebang - warts and all.

I like what they are doing with Potus. Serious (Sirius?) political discussion instead of endless screaming from one side to the other. There are other news channels I listen to and some music channels. I think I have outgrown Stern. I used to think he was funny but he seems to be more about plugging his celeb friends than being entertaining. The shock jock thing has been done to death. Yes. We get it. You can say fuck and bring nekkid girls into the studio. Back when Stern started it was shocking. Now everybody does it and it's actually rather boring. Time to move on. Get some new material.

I will keep my Sirius subscription in both cars for driving to work. Probably won't be listening when I get home anymore.

I think BellGab is great and having MV streaming on his website was a lot of fun, but one of the worst things Art did with Dark Matter were his constant references to the forum. Here and there was fine but it ended up making him look like his audience was very, very small. Now that Sirius/XM gave him a final answer about the NC, waiting two years and going into an online format won't do him any favors. If he thought his base was shrinking with Dark Matter, he's in for a shock at 70.

Starting your own network sounds the right thing to do, Art. Use the technology the way it is supposed to be used and join the future...not the sorry old past that both Sirius and C2C offer.

Build a network until you can return ...use the bucks that you would have had to pay to fight the suits and get going!

Really 6 month case? seems a bit less complicated than that.
Year for a court date? I have no idea how long it would take to get that.
