I took the liberty to bold in Arts post below.
so.. here goes -  'Without Prejudice'
Sirius did not uphold their part of the contract if they were not providing the service to listeners that Art was led to expect upon signing.. Contracts are supposed to benefit both parties.
Art's expectation to build his listening base - was undermined by the dropouts.
If memory serves me correct Sirius told him it would be a year to fix the issues.
Seems to me that Art would have a very good chance of voiding the contract completely.
Mind I ain't no lawyer- tho my Sib is one.
Whatever Art decides to do - Has my support.
Lawsuits can take a lot of time and joy out of ones life - Or they can be worth it - in the  end.
Apologies if this has already been considered - been reading catchup - and in the doing - more gets posted:>) to catch up on.

Ok, here is another post.

  People keep saying "why don't you try and work it out with Sirius/XM" We have been trying to do that from three
days after the show started, we had confrence call after confrence call with them trying to get it worked out, there was
a lot of talk but no fix. We told them the base was leaving and this would effect our partnership if something was not done.

At about the six Week mark after most who had tried the free 30 day trial had given up and left MAINLY because of the drop
outs we asked for a remedy as in a Year of streaming OR until the problem was fixed, it ended when they said NO.

48 Hours after that we made a offer to work with no pay and let Sirius/XM have the show exclusivly while we streamed from
the Web Site, they said they would consider that and have not responded to phone calls, email's or texting since. How is that
NOT working with them?

That's been a greater mystery than his goofy photos.  I think it's pretty certain he has nothing beyond a High School diploma.  Of course, that qualifies him to be Jorch's "Science Adviser."

its too dark back there at night to take video without a light though I could probably rig something up.
next month I will have a rechargable spotlight and have been looking at a camera light and bracket at amazon

my Fuzzy cat is on a video on my you tube channel. The Guy From Pittsburgh ( tm ).
If I can catch Fluffy, I will do one of him this weekend.
The long haired little girl cat comes in here often. Next time she comes in I'll do a video of her too but she too is wiggly like Fuzzy.
both cats don't mind being held if I stand up and hold them but for some reason they freak out if I sit down with them.
Fuzzy now calls to me and talks to me all the time which is amazing because 2 months ago she continually ran out the door if I even got close. She fell in love with sleeping on the pile of sweaters and Little Girl sometimes goes over and cuddles up to her as well. They're littermates so there's no  animosity most of the time though sometimes Little Girl attacks other kitties.

There's a site out there used to verify degrees. If it's his real name, then one should be able to find out where his degrees were awarded.

A few more fights in the playground, Jorch is now on Sirius on Art's old channel, he also dropped in to tell us "don't shoot the messenger", Art told us Sirius won't release him from the NC but he's looking at challenging it, the other AB, Aldous has left us again and ran for the border.  I'm sure I'm leaving out some things.  You know, just another rip in the time-space continuum.

good for you. i feed 8. costs me $ 60 a month plus the occasional wet food. fluffy and fuzzy get wet food every day.

tonight the outdoor kitties will get some of my turkey i cooked. if i had a way to either adopt them all or find them homes i would.

the kitty will give you even more love for rescuing it. hope it gets along with the other kitty.

I think it will. Kitten is a female, existing cat is a big laid back male orange tabby. I expect he'll like having a chick around, despite the neutering. If not, or if the kitten is too feral, I have a friend that takes in barn cats. It'll work out one way or the other. Kitten gets checked out by the vet tomorrow.

I spent the better part of a morning looking for his academic background.  Lots of claims/counter-claims, but nothing I would hang my hat on either way.  I've thought of giving Tommy a spurious question next time DICK is on,  then hit him right between the eyes on the air with very pointed questions about his educational background.

I don't thrive on hate. But I have a high sense of not fucking over someone I should be thanking the Almighty for every day for giving me the chance to become powerful, rich, and successfully incompetent.

I don't hate the man. I hate what he's done to the show, his stupid quips, his inabiltiy to interview properly and now his ... I dont' know quite what to call it ... asking someone to buy glasses for them when he probably had no intention of doing so.

The man is scum. He uses scummy tactics and will do anything to keep himself on the air and in the public eye.
And if anything negative comes out about him he either whines about it, demands it be taken off the 'net or ignores it.

I have other things I do but since AB quit its kind of like being a heroin addict. I can't stay away. It's like its the only radio soap opera in the world and I have to come back to hear the next episode.

After Dave started trolling BellGab, right around the time of Art's announcement that he'd be returning to the airwaves,  Dave announced on C2C that he had given $500 to Spike Mike several years ago.  Lots of people at FF had wondered why Spike Mike suddenly disappeared during the time that Noory was trying to co-opt and bully FF.   Now we know why.  Totally unrelated, I'm sure (sarcasm intended), just a few days before Noory publicly humiliated Spike Mike with this disclosure, Spike Mike had re-surfaced to post on Art's facebook page that he was excited about Art returning to radio.  I'm sure George saw that, so he got his revenge via public humiliation.  Spike Mike disappeared again that very night.
